Brilliant company to deal with. They fitted 20 solar panels on our awkward shaped roof. We are generating loads of electric now and able to sell the spare back to the grid.
The work was done in 1 day and the scaffolding was down quickly. They even removed a plant that was growing out of the gutter for us.
The app to see the energy generation and usage is great and it's linking up well with the electricity supplier now.

First class service right from the start, scaffold erected on the day programmed, installation the following day. Day after scaffold was removed. Clean, tidy and professional each and every person on the Team. We had panels on 3 elevations. Could not be happier with the installation. Thanks, great work

Due to heat pump being fitted needed an extra battery and upgrade wiring more amps needed i asked 3 in total and graham was the only one that really offered a good solution that really worked joining 2 inverters together couple of issues all software but we’re all sorted within 24 hrs graham wouldn’t take payment until all working smoothly. That in my book makes a very pleasant change in this day and age.
Also a shout out for Dan who was in my loft wiring it all up in that terrible heat wave we had.

Graham and the team were brilliant, start to finish, great price, fully explained everything, all fitted and done in one day (scaffold up day before and down following day), without elec for about 5 minutes in total which was amazing when working from home - couldn’t recommend them enough.

We decided as we were having our roof replaced to look at the possibility or solar. We spoke to a couple of companies but Integral were recommended by someone we know and after looking at quotes and chatting with Graham we decided to go with them. They have been very professional throughout the whole process. They’ve worked brilliantly with the roofers and scaffolding guys. Everything has happened exactly when they said it would. The installation team have been great. Polite and understanding of the fact that my partner works from home. They have done a great job, cleaned up after themselves and are all very knowledgeable about what they do.
Graham has been in touch several times during and since the installation to ask if we had any questions and to explain what’s been going on at every stage, he really couldn’t be more helpful. It’s great to have done something like this and feel complete confidence in the people that you’re dealing with. Would highly recommend anybody thinking about solar panels to give them a call and see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Brilliant service from start to finish. A neighbour recommended and he was so right. Graham quoted within minutes and thoroughly went through the installation information with me. The actual installation process was seamless, scaffolding up Thursday, installation Friday, scaffolding down Saturday. The installation team were all very friendly and knowledgeable talking me through options for the installation and how to use the app. Really tidy installation. You can really tell it is a family run business including the scaffolding company who they use. Everyone was polite, efficient and really focused on customer service.

I called and spoke to Terri 29/6/25 at the company about our system not working.
Terri was very informative and very helpful and said they would come out with there engineer Harry on 2//6/25 which they did today and sorted it 👍 and gave me info on how it all works etc

I spoke to a couple of companies and Graham was the only person that didn't have the big sales push. I felt fully informed with no pressure at any point! He was the only person that I trusted with the info 100%.

Once I agreed the quote, the work was scheduled within less than two weeks. As promised, the scaffold was up on the first day, solar panels and EV charger on the second and scaffold down the following day. No messing. The lads doing the work were great and really friendly. The job was tidy with no mess.

Graham always goes the extra mile to ensure I fully understand how the system works and is always on the end of the phone to answer any questions.

I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Wasn't pushy, said what the plans were, once agreed, scaffolding went up without issue.
Fitting of the system was swift and without issue.
The lads were polite, tidy, helpful. One lad even cleaned out my guttering for me that I really needed to get done.

From start to finish the Integral team where brilliant. You could not ask for a more dedicated hard working group of professionals. They where very responsive to our wishes and there attention to detail was excellent.

We thought long and hard about having solar panels. Our three main questions were a) was our east/west facing house suitable, b) at our age were we going to live long enough to recoup the costs and c) would it be possible to install the inverter and battery in our garage which is not attached to the house.
We had three quotes from reputable suppliers. The quote from ISS compiled by Graham Wall was the most comprehensive in its detail and covered our main concerns more informatively than either of the others. And, incidentally was the most competitively priced.
The work was carried out within a few weeks and took a little over one day start to finish, with scaffolding being erected and dismantled a day either side, all as promised. The disruption to us was minimal. The cables were buried between the house and the garage without disturbance to the garden.
The panels began to provide us with electricity from day one, despite the gloomy weather conditions. We are very pleased with our decision to proceed with ISS.
All of the above is deserving of the 5 stars awarded.
I add this as an aside to those planning their own project: Before starting the process I did not take into account that ISS would have to deal, on our behalf, with SPEnergy. (There are no alternative companies in our area). A breakdown in communication from SPEnergy caused a 9 week delay in receiving this documentation.

The whole experience with Graham and the team has been excellent from start to finish. It took less than 5 weeks from initial contact to having a fully operational system commissioned. We're now making the most of the spring sunshine and generating more energy than we need.

Integral Solar Solutions were recommended to us by a friend. Graham visited the property the day after I got in touch. They provided the best quote and the earliest start date. Graham has answered every question we've had and done it all in a way that gave us real confidence in him and the team.

Our roof is a bit of an odd shape, and we were worried that we might not be able to get enough panels up there to make it worth it. One company even told us our roof was too small! But now we have 18 panels giving us power from dawn til dusk, more than matching our energy needs.

The install itself was seamless. Scaffolding up on the Tuesday, installation and commissioning on the Wednesday, and scaffolding down on the Thursday. The install team were great. Safe, polite, discrete and quick. Lovely bunch of lads that the company should be proud of.

Graham has also been great after the install and is still available for my questions.

If I had another roof I wouldn't hesitate to use Integral again.

Install completed today so it's a bit early to comment on system performance (!) but I'm very happy to endorse the journey so far - from Graham's patient efforts to explain system features and develop an appropriate scheme, agreeing a competitive price, setting a date, managing the pre-work and getting the job done quickly and efficiently to a high standard, with good attention to detail by a hard working, polite and professional installation team. We've had our panels for 2 years now and really appreciate the benefits they bring. We had an array plus inverter and battery installed in Spring 2023. The whole process with Integral was seamless from the initial discussions, where all our queries were answered to our complete satisfaction, right up to some continuing follow up customer service following the huge gales earlier this year. No question is too daft and any concerns are taken seriously and addressed by Graham and his staff. Financially, we feel we are really starting to reap the benefits of free electricity from roughly mid March to the end of October. They are sunshine dependent (obvs) and there's not as much to be gained during late Autumn and deep Winter but we really feel they've helped us to counteract the effect of the recent huge rises in power costs.
