Dallas was a pleasure to work with during the entire process. He was knowledgeable and made the entire experience stress free. He was efficient in acquiring the necessary paperwork and preparing me for the next steps in the closing of my property. Dallas was highly professional and personable each step of the way! He took the time to answer all of my questions and never pressured me into making a quick decision without considering all of my options. I would highly recommend Dallas for all your loan needs!!

ICG solicited us for a refinance in February. We reached out to the company and worked with Jared to move forward. Originally Jared was very responsive and helpful. He told me I was approved and everything was going fine. We were assured multiple times that everything should be wrapped up the next week… then there were unforeseen delays. Jared and his colleague Anthony strung us along week after week for over three months. This lasted until the beginning of July. They charged me $600 for an inspection they coordinated that turned out to be inadequate. So, they wanted to redo the inspection to the tune of $1400. We refused to pay for another inspection and we escalated to Jared and Anthony’s manager Phillip Malakauskas who said ICG would pay for the second inspection. Phillip Malakauskas told me if I decided to back out of the refinance process ICG would refund me for the $600 original inspection. Again, after stringing us along again and again, they never arranged a second inspection and in the end Phillip Malakauskas refused to refund the $600 original inspection. The process ended on a very bad note. We worked with another company that waived the inspection and closed our refinance in less than one month. Do not work with ICG.

We closed our loan today. The entire process from start to end was an excellent experience. William Baughman was excellent to get the process started, he was able to get most information on our first call. I was impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. The entire team including Cassandra Hildreth and Kristen Cercone stayed on top of the process. They prompted me for information required, they didn't make provide any unnecessary information or forms or provide the same information multiple times. I was truly impressed with the Team and the process. Thank you for your service.
