Purchased from this company a number of months ago purchased a hawes watering can it arrived with the shaped box that surrounds the watering can bashed torn and the spout sticking out notified them they sent the normal standard response very sorry etc etc
I wanted to order a second watering can different colour so before I ordered I sent a message to customer service re last order got a reply if I ordered on they would notify the warehouse to protect the package with more padding / wrapping so with that I ordered as second can it arrived today just the same as the last one total disappointed I’ve sent feedback but it will be the same as the last one it doesn’t meet the criteria and violates review guidelines meaning they don’t want any bad experience on there site
I wonder how meany time this is happening?
It’s my last order with them totally hopeless

Supportive and responsive

I had an issue with my order but Julie answered my query right away. At first I thought it was an AI response but she was quick to reassure me she was an authentic human. She was very supportive and clear said she would get back to me in 3-5 days and did exactly that. I probably wasn’t the easiest to support but their customer service checked on the item and supported through to the end until resolved. Trusted service.

Ich habe gerade heute die Bestellung von Interismo erhalten. Die Lieferfrist wurde genau eingehalten und auch das bestellte Produkt war wie beschrieben und in guter Qualität.

Nach 8 Monaten kommt Lieferung

Ich habe Ende Dezember 2024 2 große sehr schöne Kaffeetassen bestellt.
Diese wurden mir dann doch Anfang August angekündigt mit dem Ergebnis, die Tassen waren nicht richtig verpackt und völlig kaputt. Die Scherben flogen Lose im Paket rum. DHL hat es umgehend zurück geschickt.
Erst als ich heute am 14.08.2025 nachgefragt habe ob ich nun auch 8 Monate auf mein Geld warten muss, kam eine Mail der Betrag wurde heute überwiesen.
Diese Firma kann man wirklich vergessen und nicht empfehlen.

Wir verstehen Ihre Frustration vollkommen, da Sie nicht nur 8 Monate auf die Tassen gewartet haben, sondern dann auch noch kaputte Ware erhalten haben und zudem so lange auf die Rückerstattung warten mussten. Das entspricht in keiner Weise unserem Anspruch an Kundenservice und Qualität.

Wir haben bereits interne Prozesse überprüft, um sicherzustellen, dass sich so etwas nicht wiederholt. Wir entschuldigen uns nochmals aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten und hoffen, dass Sie uns trotz dieser negativen Erfahrung eine zweite Chance geben.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, received a defective product and their dispute resolution and customer service is appalling. The issue remains unresolved and I am yet to be updated on their complaints procedure.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a Neapel 2.0 table lamp from interismo in February as a present, the lamp charger arrived broken, I sent picture to interismo and requested a replacement. They have lied and come up with excuse after excuse saying they have sent replacement to the wrong address and if I keep emailing them the longer it will take, what sort of company is this! You think you are dealing with a UK company but you are talking to rude people in Austria.Even though I wanted to keep the lamp it is now nearly May and I have had to send it back for a refund, please avoid this useless company.

Ärgerlich

Habe einen bestehenden Mangel (schadhaftes Holz war ab Werk ausgebessert) erst kurz nach Gewährleistungsende bemerkt als ich das Bett verstellte und sah, dass das Teil an eben der Stelle gebrochen war. Interismo riet mir anderweitig ein passendes Ersatzteil zu kaufen.

First time using and very happy

Brilliant. Ordered a part for my daughters bed, at a fraction of the price the company sells them for, the communication was great, and it came really fast, exactly what was ordered arrived.

I bought some oiled Alder eco chairs at…

I bought some oiled Alder eco chairs at the beginning of the summer. They were obviously not treated / oiled well enough as the chairs are only a few months old and have gone black with mould. Interismo take ages to respond to emails as they discuss with the manufacturer and then push all blame onto the customer saying the problem is how the chairs have been used outdoors. These outdoor chairs are NOT fit fir purpose and Interismo refuse to accept any responsibility for selling poor quality products at a high price

I would not recommend using Interismo.co.uk

Firstly when you are on a site which states interisimo.co.uk you think you are dealing within the Uk and any problems would get resolved easily and swiftly without further inconveniences. When things go wrong you are directed and dealing with interismo in Austria?

As my order was sent incorrectly and I have not received what I paid for. After e-mail ping pong interismo resolve was for me to send back the items sent in replace of what I order (around £23.80 items) - BACK TO AUTRAI?

Their response was it was an ERROR in warehouse the fault of the manufacturer and labelling, no interest to the customers frustration, anxiety, delays or inconvenience?

I suggested as a good will gesture to prevent any further delay and inconvenience to my self just send out the 2 x 22 cubico inserts as ordered.

Response No. so I proceeded to reject, cancel my order as per consumer rights act 2015 and for a full refund.

I was informed and given the return labelling, inport/export forms for sending the order back to Austria. I was told that Fed-ex would pick up the return on 20/09/2024 12 - 6pm so changed my plans and waited in for the 6 hour window of collection.

I noticed that although interismo was able to get my correct address on the return paper work the address to Fed-ex was INCORRECT - Fed-ex would not be able to collect my return, I have my thoughts, I am sure all have there’s. ANOTHER EROR, another apology I think I will be reviewing? It’s not words that matter it’s action and resolve.

The customer service is polite enough but not able to resolve their mistakes or errors and the customer is left tied, exhausted, frustrated, feeling anxious and disappointed over an order of around £60 for some simple planter inserts ordered on the 31/08/2024, were the plants to have been planted by now (21/09/2024)

Interismo response we understand your frustration - but there’s an error! and continue to make error’s for the collection return in order to issue a refund.

Defekte Warenlieferung - Kein Ersatz & Rückvergütung

Zwei Produkte kamen defekt an, zwar hat man mir offeriert, die Teekanne zu ersetzten, aber es wurde nie nachgeliefert. Betreffend dem zweiten defekten Produkt bekam ich nicht einmal einen Vorschlag und hätte noch die Retourenkosten tragen müssen. Deshalb, obwohl tolle Produkte werde ich in Zukunft nicht mehr bei Interismo bestellen.

Sehr unzufrieden!…

Bin mit Lieferung und Abwicklung extrem unzufrieden! Zunächst wurde eine fehlerhafte Lampe geliefert. Eine sofortige Ersatzlieferung wurde bei Rücksendung der fehlerhaften Ware mehrfach zugesagt. Nach der Rücksendung konnte man dann nicht zeitnah liefern.
