My move was from Atlanta to Miami for a three-bedroom house. IVL packed, loaded, and transported our furniture and personal belongings. they were easy to work with, the cost was fair, and I had no problems with the move. They get a good review from me, and I would use them again if I had to.

I was super stressed about moving and I didn't know what I was going to do until my friend told me about IVL. They were super easy to work with and they gave me a price up front. They arrived on time and the workers were friendly and efficient. I would recommend IVL to anyone who is moving and would use them again in the future.

I love what they do. They have friendly service and fast work and I was really impressed by them for the first time that I used them. And I would definitely use them when I want to move in again.

North Miami Beach, Florida

I hired International Van Lines for a local move from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, to North Miami Beach. The move was for a 4-bedroom house with a few complicated items such as a grand piano, grandfather clock, and paintings that needed special attention. The reason we chose IVL is based on a couple of referrals we received from friends and family. We also liked the fact that they gave us a guaranteed cost rather than an estimate which can go up after the fact. My salesperson Justin was great. He and Michelle made sure the guys were at our house on the agreed-upon date and time and that everything got delivered without a hitch. I would like to give a big thank you the moving team. They are the real MVPS and worked very hard in the hot Florida sun to get our move done within a 24-hour period. I had a great experience with IVL and will be recommending them to anyone who asks me for a move.

Terrible experience. Had a cross country move booked with this company and they blatantly LIED and told me that they would be able to deliver my items in a truck under 53 feet (I live in a gated community so made it clear before booking with them that this would be a requirement). I passed on other moving companies specifically because I was told that this move could be done and would not require additional delivery shuttles etc. Upon my move day, the movers told me that my point of contact Christian and Danisha Law blatantly lied to me and that the delivery would indeed require a shuttle which means over $500 of extra fees. When I contacted Danisha, she was incredibly rude and dismissive and told me she would contact me a week later. What a joke. How is this acceptable customer service, to blatantly LIE to your customers?! Will post far and wide about what a terrible, unreliable and rude company this is. They will never see another dollar from me!

We contracted IVL for a move from Chicago to Miami. We hired them to pack our home and store our stuff for three months while we secured our new home. A lot went into the move, so I was very nervous about choosing the best possible moving company for our needs. We decided on IVL based on the level of professionalism on the first call. They were prompt to reply with a quote and answer all my questions. I also felt comfortable because they are carriers, not moving brokers. The people that came to do the move were on-time and efficient. They did a great job with packing and making sure all my stuff was protected from any damage. Once we found a home, we had IVL do the delivery of our goods, which also went well. They did an excellent job with unpacking and setting up all of our furniture. I was pleased with the outcome and would plan on them again if I had to move.

I have never written a review like this but consumers need to be aware. If you are comfortable having your personal belongings picked up and having zero communication until your truck is within 24-48hrs of delivery, IVL will work for you.

This however doesn't work for me and I will never use IVL or recommend it in the future. Once my belongings were picked up, my IVL account manager (Karen) and dispatch point of contact (Carlina) didn't answer one email, phone call or voicemail. 20 days later and still having never heard from them, a driver from a contracted facility called to tell me he'd be the one delivering my things in 1-2 days. On the day of delivery, we were told that unless we have a check for IVL he wouldn't deliver our things. This is the only time IVL customer service called me, on request of the driver.

My move was >$10K and they didn't care about me. They won't care about you either.

I hired IVL for a last-minute local move to Houston. It was a small move, but it was all of my stuff, so I wanted to ensure I chose an excellent moving company. They showed up as planned and got my move done in a day. The movers were great. They were careful with my stuff, and I had no issues regarding damages. I'd like to personally thank Justin and Karen, who were great throughout the process. Moving can be really stressful, and finding a good mover that won't rip you off is even more stressful. I would use them and refer them to anyone moving.

I'm no stranger to moving. In fact, I've had to hire around 6 moving companies in my lifetime. I've had some good and not-so-pleasant experiences with mover. This time around it was a big move. i moved from new York to texas and needed the contents of my entire house packed, moved and stored for a couple of weeks. I chose IVL based on their no-pressure factual approach, and my sales rep Christian was great. Everything went according to plan and I had no issues with damages, over charges or lack of communication. I would use them again.

I had never moved before, and all I had ever heard was how shady moving companies were.

Thank goodness I called International Van Lines, after the initial sticker shock on how much moving cost, they held my hand, and the move went great.

Look up The American Movers by entering International Van Lines in the search field of Trustpilot and you will clearly see that it's the same company IVL because IVL tried to cover their unethical business practices by switching their names in the original post from IVL to "The American Movers." They will be the first two results: IVL and The American Movers. Pay attention to the URL. This was my original post on Jul 26, 2023 for IVL below. Anyone can click on the 2nd link after typing in International Van Lines to conclude it's the same organization to read their attempt to conceal their horrible ratings from past reviews. These alleged stellar new reviews are highly questionable and suspicious in my opinion if you read their original reviews they tried to conceal. IVL, you guys are truly scumbags!!! Why not focus on ethical business practices by not screwing your customers or potential customers instead of concealing your true identity? What a novel concept. How do you guys sleep at nights screwing your potential customers to more importantly paid customers from the past?

They're shady at best. They will take your money and run. Luckily, I did not get scammed. I've read the trust pilot reviews after receiving a quote. They have a 'churn and burn' philosophy. Thank you past Trustpilot reviewers. You did a good service for honest people. IVL, I hope you get your act together. Otherwise, your business is the only one that will be Churning and Burning.

I chose IVL based on their responsiveness, cost and their ability to get my goods delivered from Ft. Lauderdale to Dallas in the time frame I requested.

The crew that handled the move did a good job. They were kind, worked hard and ensured my goods were packed well.

I’m not much of a review person, but in this case I have no problem sharing my experience.

Overall the move went well. We had a minor hiccup on pickup. The moving crew showed up an hour or so late which is my only critic.

Other than that the guys worked their butts off in the heat and packed very well. All went good on the delivery end so they get a good review from me.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled based on the level of service I received for my move to Florida from New York. Dealing with IVL was easy from the start. My sales rep Alex was easy to work with. Unlike the other companies, he was not pushy. They arranged an excellent crew of guys that did a great job packing and loading my items. The whole move took about a week from start to finish. I have moved with moving companies in the past and this was the best experience I've had.
