Never received product! SCAM!

Never received my ordered item. Company refused to refund the full amount minus shipping costs.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I used Paypal to make a purchase, that was suppose to be $16.99 , when I came back to their website to review order and submit order it charged me $32+(paypal notification on my phone). On top of order was an offer to buy addition for % off which I didn't do. I took a screenshot. It didn't take me back to the order page. I contacted paypal right away to dispute charges & contacted the email that paypal gave me plus the email ad they sent and the support email on site. Crickettes. I requested to cancel order and still no response except a tracking email several days later.
I did a search for the item on the website and it isn't found. They sent email with a different tracking # than they gave paypal coming from U.K. I don't believe they sent it and was not given a refund for over charge even when the receipt they sent was also different. They don't mention it is a foreign country and invoice paypal got shows over 30% sales tax. No one in US charges that much and not even China charges sales tax. I suspect if it is a company in the U.K. they are hiding a VAT tax they charge when you order. Reputable companies don't hide it. I'm hopeful that paypal will get my money back and ban them

Do not order from this company , it is a scam . I ordered my package on Sept 2 , they gave me updates till Sept 30 then nothing till I contacted them on Oct 16. They send me an update that it was delivered by the us post office , which it was not , go to post office with the tracking number and post office says it what bogus . All I get are automated replies , no help at all .

I’m rapidly beginning to think that I was scammed by INTERPRETK. It’s been 37 days since placing an order. Their excuse is Trump tariff delays. I call BS. This is smelling like “COVID” excuses for everything 5 years ago. Interpretk’s system claims the item is in NY. Me, using their tracking system, found my order in FAIRBANKS, ALASKA for 7 days now!!!!!! Enough!!!!! Time for a refund!!!

Wife loves it! It’s nicely oversized so she can carry everything the family needs.

They fit great and the color is flattering
