So far so good the platform haven't been bad it is easy to use, and it's friendly like nothing is hidden all necessary tools for artists are available but I'm still watching it in terms of royalties, yeah for Nigeria artist this platform is recommendable it can pay your royalties to your Nigeria Account but I haven't known the withdrawal charge and how long it will take yet so let's watch until I make my first withdrawal

Absolutely scammers! first tell me 120$ price after he add extra fee 20$ well i paid 140$ after 2 days he tell we need again procedure fee 82$, dont send moneys, absolutely SCAMMERS! before payment 140$ i asked will be again hidden extra fees? he said no. SCAMMER! SCAMMER! SCAMMER!

Refused to refund despite clear contract terms – added hidden fee after payment

I signed a contract with InterSpace MCN and paid the onboarding and compliance fees, which were stated in writing as refundable. After payment, the company introduced a new, undisclosed fee called “CMS Mapping & Assessment Fee,” which was not mentioned in the contract, the Terms & Conditions, or any prior communication.

I declined the additional charge, and requested a refund. Despite citing Sections 3.2 and 3.3 of the agreement (which state the fees are refundable), the company refused to return the money, claiming a “policy” that contradicts the signed contract.

My funds are currently being held in escrow. I’ve acted professionally and cooperated in full — yet InterSpace is now refusing to refund unless I complete their process, including accepting the extra fee.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. Be cautious — they may impose new charges after you've already signed and paid.
