So its my mums funeral very soon and I ordered a dress, looking forward to trying it on for such a big occasion to see if this is what I would like to wear or not to her final day, I was very disappointed to find a complete different dress was sent to me.
Then upon trying to return this, the return portal didn't work and I had to pay £4 to return the incorrectly sent dress. Ive requested they cover the cost which they have confirmed its at my own expense even though this was an error on their behalf. I wouldnt need to return if they sent the correct dress in the first place.
Ive then re-ordered the dress I originally wanted NEXT DAY DELIVERY which didn't turn up. Ive been tracking it with the courier and from the order date it is expected to be received 5 days after I ordered. I am so disappointed. Never will be using this company again, first and last time. Hugely disappointing all the way through start to finish.
Order 4 pairs of jeans due to them being different styles and sizes arrived within 2 days of ordering which was fab but having to return 3 out of the 4 pairs took the absolute micky the "portal" was down & from reviews online the portal hasnt been working for months & months managed to email to ask what I need to do to return items took ages for a reply!!!! Then I had to pay for the postage on the item now being jeans they were heavy £11 it cost to post them back to them then it took 15 days & a number of emails confirming that they had received it for them to issue my refund incorrect and less than what I paid. Won't be buying from them again shocking service quick enough to take your money but returning it is another issue !!!!
I have not been refunded by Chi Chi London as promised. I cant get through to anyone, no phone number. I think I’ve been fraudulently charged despite returning items. Next step is to contact the police. Avoid at all costs
After reading the reviews I was sceptical about ordering from Inthestyle, however I would give this company 5 stars for quality and customer service. I paid for next day delivery but my order did not arrive next day so I emailed customer service. Ariana was very quick to respond and refunded the delivery charge for my inconvenience. My order arrived the following day and is lovely. Sizing is perfect and quality is also very good. I will definitely use this company again.
Avoid this company. I bought 2 dresses in February and after trying them on decided to return as the sizing is appalling. I returned these within 2 days of receiving them. This was 17th Feb. It is now 24th March and still no refund. I contacted customer services and over the past week I’ve had back and fourth correspondence with them. They have refused to give me a refund as they can’t process that the items have been returned. The returns portal does not work to check. It’s 35 days I have waited for a return when their policy states 14 days. The customer service team are rude and I’m now £60 odd out of pocket. Avoid at all costs. Don’t get sucked in by the celeb collabs either. All are 💩.
I ordered from in the style , when the items came they where all low quality , see though and I even got the wrong item! When to use the return portal what doesn’t work and just comes up with errors I’m really disappointed in this service! I have tried emailing them but heard nothing back at all! This is the worst experience I’ve had with a company! And now I’m stuck with theses clothes that are not fit for purpose!
I am utterly appalled at the dishonesty and apparently fraudulent nature of this company, who have consistently denied me a refund, ignored my tracking confirmation from Royal Mail and generally prevented me from getting a refund for the shoddy, poor quality velvet dress, which arrived late after Christmas 2025. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NOR FROM DEBENHAMS whom I purchased this from and who are also constantly passing me back to them. FRAUDSTERS
I am extremely disappointed with this company.
I paid an additional £5.99 for Next Day Delivery, specifically because I needed my order quickly. However, the delivery did not arrive the next working day as promised, and I have not received any proper update regarding my shipment.
Charging customers extra for a premium delivery service and then failing to provide that service is completely unacceptable. It feels very misleading and unprofessional. If you advertise Next Working Day Delivery, you should actually deliver on that promise.
I have already submitted a formal complaint and I do not intend to pay for a delivery service that was clearly not fulfilled. I expect a refund for the delivery charge.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
So they said they delivered my parcel after paying extra for next day delivery but I have CCTV all over my house and it definitely was not delivered and someone was home . So beware as I've emailed them and nothing back to say where my parcel is. So I will definitely willnever order from these people again and warning others . Beware people

Customer service I guess is a bot as same response when contact them - still waiting on delivery and no luck with customer service! Wish I had checked in here first and defo won’t be ordering from them again
Just wanted to add from a previous review I had written. It took the In the Style team 3 weeks to reply to my comment saying to email the complaints email and they would get back to me. This was in August, still waiting for a reply.

What even is this company? A pile of rubbish that's what. Paid for next day delivery 9 days ago, item still not arrived. Tracking hasn't moved for 4 days, due to move house in 2 days and all I get told is they've escalated it to Evri. I want my money back
Never write reviews however I am left fuming with the absolute poor customer service .. I have emailed, left contact messages, sent message on Instagram and Facebook and heard absolutely nothing!! You offer next day delivery but then no order arrives the next day how can you charge customers for next day deliver and not follow through do not order from these!! Have no care for their customers absolutely disgusted by the service

Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered my daughter a dress on next day delivery on Wednesday and it's still being processed today!!! No way of contacting them except sending a message. They don't reply. Would never use again.
Refused to refund items twice within the return timescale, avoid this company at ALL costs
Quality and pricing if clothes is good. Tracking and customer service is nonexistent when returning items. No confirmation that item has been returned despite it being tracked and no sign of a refund. Customer service email is ignored. Has unfortunately put me off ordering again.
Bought my wife a jumper that didn't fit, but it is proving really difficult to return the item. Have contacted in the style via email but no response. Decent quality clothing but aftersales requires improvement.
Bought a pair of size 20 jeans that fitted perfectly so decided to buy another 2 pairs only for them not to fit at all, I couldn't even do them up! So then I bought a size 22 pair thinking they'd definitely fit... I couldn't do them up even more!! The sizing is definitely off especially when I'm usually a size 18 in most my jeans but knew in the style ran small so went with 20...
After an overall crappy experience, I was turned around by the quick reply and action by Star! Truly fab customer service
