First Facebook purchase that actually delivered? Impressive tracking and customer support

I ordered the "Blade Replacement Kit" off of their FaceBook ad. First of all, it took over a month to get the product. When I opened the package, I knew right away that I was scammed. It didn't even look like what I ordered, and the "strings" had different diameters. I ordered a 6 string replacement head, but what they sent was a 4 string head with no capability to hold the strings in the head. After about 6 or 7 emails they offered me $4 store credit. Really?!?!?!? Like I'm gonna buy something from them again? I don't think so!!!

String lines are to short for my mower deck I ordered this system for my 54 inch deck and the line that comes with it are not long enough for the mower. It now leaves 2 line's which with my blades never did so I'm going back to blades

The kit looks very simple to install. I would have use metal cable instead of plastic cutting strips. More strength and longevity. If it works as good as it looks I'd say bye to metal blades and sharpening, also it will survive a hit like a rock or root which sometimes happens.

The product looks good and sturdy. The only issue I have is it looks like it's missing pieces because the cutting string does not hold in the product.

I was sent a product that has no ability to function like the advertised product. I have asked for the correct product to be sent to me. I was offered a $9.00 compensation for my troubles. They did not offer to replace the product. I want full compensation or the correct replacement product. I feel like I have been scammed.

Ordering was easy and shipping was reasonably quick.

Something must be missing, as string just slings out.Live and learn to avoid internet shopping Shipping was fast.Price was ok for a paper weight.Probably toss these items in trash.

Make the product hold the trimmer line so it can be installed to work and it had no instructions of any kind absolutely no paperwork

I was scammed and a counterfeit product was shipped to me.
