Great gin and helpful staff
The product itself is fantastic, however there was a small problem when one of the items I ordered was not available and there was a slight issue getting the correct refund. But Colin came up with a workable solution ... so I am a happy customer 😊

Damaged with no replacement
I ordered a bottle of gin through Inverclyde. Their delivery company smashed the bottle and it never arrived. I’ve been emailing now for three weeks to try and get a replacement or refund but nothing has been done about it.

Price is good but delivery is slow. It says 3-5 business days. It is now 7th day but not receiving yet. It seems they only processed the delivery when I requested update.

Service with a smile
I ordered a couple of bottles, as a present, after reading the Gin descriptions online. The mail order service is 1st class and, I'm told the Gin, especially "Old Thom" is divine.

Great customer support.
Inverclyde Gin was worth waiting for, an excellent gin, beautifully packaged .
On ordering it was stated I would receive an email to inform me of when my package was available to pick up, this did not happen,.However at the warehouse for collection, the staff were very friendly and helpful , apologised for inconvenience and misunderstanding.
