Knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

And great products

A great experience going into the shop the wealth of knowledge regarding all whisky is second to none. A great range of products and all reasonably priced. Always service with a smile and good banter, highly recommend a visit.

Excellent service.

Lovely buying experience. Really knowledgable staff, and a collection of less commonly found whisky, so a great chance to try something new.

Superb service as always!

Staff were great and recommended a beautiful Garioch whisky
Thanks

Great product. Delivered on time.

Excellent shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a large range of unusual whiskies and gins, among other delights!

Very easy to order an online gift card for a family member.

Friendly, Knowledgeable, willing and eager to share the knowledge. Warm inviting atmosphere.

Fantastic staff with Mike 5 star is his knowledge. This place is fantastic and highly recommend visiting for buying a bottle or visiting the bar which is fantastic also. So much variety to choice from. The function room at the back is a we gem of a place we will be booking in the future as it holds up to 45 people. Great for functions

Excellent customer service,
The delivery was spot on and the bottle was very securely packed.

Although I may not purchase the particular malt I require, I always leave with something entertaining as they stock a variety of brands.
The coffee lounge is also well worth a visit, providing a quiet interlude while shopping in Inverurie.
The staff are invariably friendly and knowledgeable when chatting about drams.

The online Whisky Tasting was organised excellently. The ordering, delivery of the Tasting set, invitation too join online, the actual online event, everything was smooth and delivered excellent service. The actual event was great fun it was enjoyable to have the people in the room chatting and felt like I was part of an actual event while all the time I was at home miles away. The guy leading the event did a grand job and I felt included. Thank you.

Whisky tasted fine with just a drop of water.

Great selection and friendly helpful staff

Great shop plenty choice and always a welcome smile from Janice.

This visit was made to source a bottle to give as a Thank you to a friend who had helped me enormously.
The choice was a little intimidating, not helped by the fact that I wasn’t buying for me.
I explained to the staff member what i was looking for and she was able to help enormously. After discussion, we were able to settle on a bottle and even on some coffee beans!
A relatively painless experience, (decisions when there is a LOT of choice never come easy).

We visited this shop after eating in The Fog House bar next door, to buy a bottle of their Gin as a gift. We were warmly welcomed and asked about our experience in the bar. The gin we required was not in stock so we arranged delivery with the shipping not charged. Wendy called me when it was despatched to let me know, and was was very helpful. Overall our experience of the shop and bar was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something different or local. Wendy & Mike went out of their way to engage with us and their service was exemplary
