AVOID!

Booked travel and paid. At 7pm the night before we were due to travel they messaged (from abroad) to say they couldn't go through with the hire due to "miscommunication" whilst booking (despite me writing it down in email and communicating it several times on the phone whilst booking). They demanded more money, were unable to speak to their own booking agent and couldn't refund till 14 days. It was too late to make other arrangements. Having read other people's experiences, this is a play they use regularly.

We’ve used Invest Travel twice now to organise a large taxi hire for our work trips out and they’ve always been great! Good value for money, quick communication and reliable drivers. Would recommend.

We used ZTM for our wedding guests to be transported from the church to a nearby lake for photos.
Andrew (the driver) arrived before the ceremony finished and waited for our guests to congratulate us without any urgency.
He got the guests from A to B safely and they all commented on how lovely he was.
Even if he did take a little detour ;)
A wedding day can’t be perfect. It made the guests panic for a moment but laugh for a while.

We can’t thank Andrew enough for looking after our guests on our big day!

Thanks again!

Our experience was great, our driver arrived on time and was very patient with us getting out of the crowds at download festival and he kept us updated on where abouts in the pick up zone he was making it easier to find him.

Really good service very friendly staff and very helpful definitely recommend

Fantastic service from booking through to final drop off. Professional, friendly and flexible. Made our visit so enjoyable and easy

The experience was excellent from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward and well-organised, and communication was clear throughout.
We received great service overall, with reliable pick-up and drop-off arrangements and a flexible approach to our schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others looking for dependable and high-quality transport in the Inverness area.

Great service

Great communication. Prompt and good service. Good prices as well. Will gladly use them again.

Excellent communication and flexibility on timings and arrangements. Sam, our driver on the day, couldn't have done more to help us. Would definitely use again.

Great service, responsive replies to messages, easy to book. Driver called and arranged to arrive early due to issues getting in to London on the day we needed to go, as he wanted to make sure we got to our venue on time.

They did a great job, adapting to our necessities. Matchless prices I will recommend!

Great service, easy to contact - excllent communication regarding booking details. Vehicles were clean, air conditioned and drivers were excellent. Highly recommend x

We needed a last minute quote for a very large party. The company were great and managed to make it work, despite the very busy weekend and lack of notice. Thanks for all your help

Our driver was on time and he was very nice

It was very easy to make a booking, and the support was good. I would recommend it, as I had a day out for team building, and the service was really good, and the driver was very professional.

Really efficient and great communication- would use them again!

If it was possible to give this company zero stars l would. We arranged a price of £135 for a journey for 7 people, journey only being 14 miles to the destination there & back. Invoice from these scam artist provided. We paid the money however, the next day this scam of a company called us after the deal was agreed & paid for, said that they had to increase the payment to £240 and therefore couldn’t proceed with taking us to our destination at the price agreed in writing unless we paid more money. This company never stopped chasing me & messaging me for the £135 when they received the payment in full, all of a sudden it was increased to £240. They used the guise of not being able to locate the postcode of the pick address, they messed up so many times, it was near difficult & frustrating dealing with them regarding the postcode for pickup. Other cabs & courier services were able to locate the postcode easily. We have found another company to take us to our destination who l might add, had no problems with the postcode of the pick up address and a lot cheaper than what this company was asking for. Please DO NOT use this company they are deceitful, money hungry fraudsters. Please, potential customers be fully aware before proceeding with these con artist's you will be left bitterly disappointed 😥 😞 😥
