Gjorde två misslyckade försök att ladda vid Ionity i Värnamo den 20 dec 2025. Då reserverades 1000 kr på mitt konto. Nu har det gått 19 dagar och reservationen är fortfarande inte släppt!!! Fruktansvärt dåligt…

Keine Ahnung, was mit Ionity los ist. 1/3 aller Ladevorgänge funktioniert nicht.
Entweder Ladevorgsng startet gar nicht, oder bricht nach 1kWh ab.
Noch schlimmer ist es, wenn der Ladevorgang willkürlich bei z.B. 60% abbricht.
Man muss quasi den Vorgang überwachen um nicht Zeit zu verlieren.

Wichtig: das habe ich mit keinem anderen Anbieter wie z.B Fastned oder EnBW. Nur Ionity kriegt das nicht hin.

Bornes avec service catastrophique. La ou on devrait pouvoir se brancher en quelques secondes, il faut souvent plus de 10mn voir plus, on se demande pourquoi ces bornes ne sont pas équipées d’un simple TPE comme n’importe quel commerçant ou station service. En plus la borne ne communique quasiment jamais l’état de la charge. Service pourri donc : incroyable en 2026 au moment où on veut développer la voiture électrique. Je me demande même (avec ironie) si les dirigeants de cette société ne se fichent pas complètement de leurs clients. En tous cas ce n’est pas avec ce type de service que l’on va developper la voiture électrique parce qu’il y a vraiment de quoi peter un boulon et se débarrasser de sa voiture électrique ( dont en plus l’autonomie est si limitée).

J'ai commandé une carte d'abonnement chez ionity le 31/10/25 pour bénéficié du prix préférentiel du kwh sur les super chargeurs
a ce jour je n'ai pas reçu la carte et je paye toujours plein tarif malgré toutes mes relances

First the positives: when I am able to charge, the charging is smooth and fast.

The main problems are finding working and available charges:
1) Chargers are not working and non-working chargers don't appear to be fixed quickly. In one site (Stoke-on-Trent), I believe the charger hasn't been working for over a year. I stopped at another charger (Walshall) on 2nd January 2025 and found half the chargers in operative. I do not understand why Ionity doesn't maintain its network. May be they just don't want to be in the business of providing high speed public charging.
2) With so few chargers, there are times where drivers attempt to charge to 100% and block chargers for over an hour. I observed a 300kWh Charger being blocked by an Audi which was charging at 7kWh.

Bislang alle Ladestopps ohne Probleme, Ausbau bei Holzkirchen / Richtung Wilder Kaiser erforderlich. Feedback hierzu vom Kundenservice war ausführlich und ohne vorgefertigte Textbausteine.

Der GO - Tarif ist mit 70 Cent aber viel zu teuer, sodass man bei Energiemengen bis 70 kW bei der Konkurrenz (EnBW, Stark, Ewe Go) günstiger dran ist.

Försökte ladda 4 gånger vid 4 olika laddstolpar, ingen lyckades ladda. De drog sammanlagt 2000 kr i deposition. Har gått flera dagar och har fortfarande inte fått tillbaka pengarna. Väljer Circle K nästa gång istället, där krånglar det inte alls.

Provade att ladda 3 ggr totalt. Det funkade inte.
Ringde support efter 2 ggr och gjorde som de sa men det funkade inte ändå. 1500 kr tog de i deposition. Har nu gått nästan 2 veckor och inga pengar har kommit i på kontot. Aldrig med Ionity!!
Vi åkte till Cirkle K och där funkar det alltid utan problem och de reserverar inga pengar.

Went to charge my car in Bromborough Wirral. Attempted to use one of the eight chargers having to pay £40 pre authorised, it didn’t work, nor did the other two I tried. It be had £120 of pending transactions from my account for days. Awful

Trois fois, Trois fois que je m'arrête chez ionity et TROIS FOIS que je ne peux pas recharger car ionity ne connaît aucune demes 2 cartes, j'en ai une qui est chargemap et l'autre qui est Totalenergies. Chez ionity ça ne marche pas, n'y allez pas c'est vraiment la mère. Mon réseau préféré est Totalenergies, là au moins, pas de soucis, ça va tout seul, pas besoin d'appuyer comme un malade sur des touches qui ne répondent pas, qui ne répondent jamais. Fuyez

Ionity keeps failing to charge! And every time you try a different charger you get a 40 quid holding fee this is ridiculous!!

Toute première expérience ce jour avec ionity sur une trajet de 700 km
1er arrêt: après 2 prepaiements il était toujours impossible de charger, j'ai dû changer de station, qui lui fonctionnait.
2e arrêt : aucune station ne fonctionnait alors que je n'avais plus que 10% de charge.. J'ai dû repartir et sortir de l'autoroute pour charger chez un autre prestataire.. Merci pour mon abonnement mensuel
3 arrêt : comme le matin, 2 prepaiements, et j'ai dû changer de station. Cette fois ci cela fonctionnait, mais seulement quelques secondes, 1% de charge... Et la station est tombée en panne... Donc je suis allé sur une 3e station !!!
A fuir.. J'arrête de suite mon abonnement mensuel.. Surtout que c'était mon tout premier long voyage

I joined IONITY and subscribed to IONITY Power on 6 December. On the same day, I attempted to use the Leeds charging station, but the app repeatedly failed with error messages and would not start the charging session.

I contacted customer support, but was told the waiting time was 10–15 minutes. At that point, both my phone and vehicle had almost no charge, I was occupying a charging bay, and several other cars were waiting. I had no choice but to charge using Octopus Electroverse, which resulted in a £0.74/kWh charge instead of the £0.43/kWh rate I was paying under my IONITY Power subscription — an overcharge of around £21.

When I later contacted customer service to request a refund of the difference, the support was extremely poor, and the issue was not resolved. As a result, I cancelled my subscription and requested that my account be deleted.

Very disappointing experience as a new customer. The combination of an unreliable app and ineffective customer support makes this service hard to recommend. Consider alternatives before subscribing.

Tried and failed in wrexham today.
Rang the helpline for assistance, hung on me.

Charging my car, asked for a 40 pounds deposit. Payed the 40 still have not received it back. The say contact your bank , your bank says contact them it just goes round and round in circles

Meine Erfahrungen sind überwiegend positiv.
Für 11,99 pro Monat zu 39Cent/kWh laden ist für mich perfekt. Monatlich kündbar.
Positiv ist auch dass Ionity in vielen Ländern Europas vorhanden ist, so reicht mir ein Vertrag für reisen von Skandinavien bis Süditalien.
Ein Stern Abzug, da in der Hauptreisezeit manchmal alle Stationen belegt sind, aber die Wartezeit ist normalerweise nur wenige Minuten.

Joined as I have a 400 fast charger 3 minutes from my house . Currently getting 27 kw …. My car is capable of 350 . I usually get close to 100 kw . Which is very short of the 400 but acceptable. Sainsbury’s over the road I get 150 + . But I have payed for the yearly membership so I’m stuck here with my 27 kw charging .

Try before you buy !!!!

Not fast charge at all. They advertise super fast but charges Kw goes down as its charging and takes longer

Doesn’t take AMEX as advertised, didn’t charge the car then the cable wouldn’t release meaning I wasted a huge amount of time for no benefit
