I would be highly careful using this lab to service your Delta 8 or any CBD derivative needs. I get my products from vendors with nationally accredited labs that follow industry standards. While there is no blanket industry standard, the industry does police itself properly but these guys are buying standards that other labs do not use.

It is causing incorrect measurements. To prove them wrong, they want you to provide the proprietary information of the standards the other labs are using to verify their inaccuracies.

Not to mention, I was not happy when I initially found out my results. I spoke to my salesperson not even in the sternest voice. They cried on the phone then the "Chief Science Officer" decided to admonish me on a group conference call with my vendor, his lab techs, and his salesperson on the phone. If your salesperson cannot handle clients being surprised and disappointed by your lab results, and they don't know how to handle the conversation or provide any answers that make any sense, then they should not be in sales.

In my experience, it is evident that these guys have no clue what they are doing in relation to the thriving delta 8 industry and I would not use them for any verification of products. Use nationally recognized ones like ACS and KCA. They know the industry well although their lead times are longer because businesses in this industry trust them.

Don't fall for a lab that can just turn around results quickly. Ensure they share the same standards that the industry leaders do.
