I've used IPXO before and had a very positive experience, which is why my recent purchases have been so disappointing. Several things went wrong this time.
The automatic route object creation that's supposed to be part of the service didn't happen. When I raised it, support did not actually validate the route objects, and ticket replies came far too late to be useful. For IP leasing, where correct IRR and routing records are the whole point, these aren't minor issues.
I hope IPXO takes the user experience seriously again, because right now this is a real step down from the quality I remember. Faster support, proper validation of records, and following through on the automated record creation you advertise would go a long way.

As per usual slow "support" - and non existing service
They reply faster on here (Trustpilot) than they reply to support emails!
Terrible support, we only use it because they're cheap. But their support is about as helpful as a chimpanzee at a computer. They can pound away at the keyboard, but little else.

On the rare occasions when IPXO reaches out, it's either to proactively ask to improve the existing service or ... well, they just simply let me know they improved that service for me.
We listed our IP addresses, adjusted the price as needed and we get our payments regularly.
We tried moving to another platform for higher prices, but the other platform wants us to commit for some money before they find us clients. Here we pay a fee to the platform, but only when our addresses are leased.
The ability to manage ROAs and announce from multiple ASNs via their panel simplifies routing strategy.
Tickets are answered very slow ! This is a b2b model and it should have a very fast ticket reply.
We have a ticket since 3 months without any reply
And a ticket since 36 hours without any reply

We use IPXO to monetize idle IPs from a legacy allocation. Returns are steady, and the platform does the heavy lifting.
We’ve shifted part of our infrastructure to leased IPs via IPXO to avoid long procurement cycles. No major issues, support was fast to engage when asked.

1h after leasing my subnet, I got an mail from an account manager stating that I even have to pay more if I don’t want to loose my leased subnet after a month.. really weird, feels like a scam.
But way worse; they won’t deliver the ip to my ASN since it’s “too new” (3days) while they’re mentioning 24h.
Also they won’t cancel my order, or give me a partial chargeback.
DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY SCAM SMALL COMPANIES

Subnets being terminated in less than 3 weeks. How can companies migrate hundreds of clients with such notice period ? IPXO poses a serious risk to businesses by not enforcing more strict conditions with IP lesser.

Got an invoice for 112.31yet was charged 299. Lost the paypal dispute for the reason "Client got charged the correct amount". Easier to just go to cogent or some other ISP and get IP's that way.

Very bad billing system. Service often got cancelled by system because their billing system takes very long time to verify the payment until it get cancelled before payment get approved
