So, to start this review off, few words about me.
Just a simple guy from Poland, experimenting with and fascinated in nootropics for 1.5 years already to get myself to a better state.
Currently in Europe, we don't have many REPUTABLE stores/vendors of nootropics, that would allow us to order anything we really want (herbs, classic nootropics, peptides, hardcore stuff, etc.)
With my research I found probably 3-4 stores I would easily take an order from, however choosing one that is reputable and trusted as my first source of those products was a difficult decision.
There were few things that caught me off guard and here I will list them, so if somebody will be reading this review, they will also get those informations.

First order from IQBase [and probably not the last :)] -> and first peptide as well -> NASA

Pros:

Quick and easy access to 3rd party lab testing - You can download specific lab tests for each product/batch (3rd party lab tests were performed by Janoshik)
Products do contain QR codes which you can scan to get its batch code to check lab tests as well.

Support - Had many questions about order/product. Got a response in a no-time. Keep it up :)

Products to choose from - Talking here about peptides and other products that got supply chained blocked in China, which results in product blockage in entire world.
(Phenylpiracetam was banned, which IQBase uses Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide -> derivative of phenylpiracetam with similar structure, however it was not that much as tested as phenylpiracetam)
You can still find authentic phenylpiracetam however most of ,,originals" one listed are fake if they are sold from China, so just be careful when buying those.
There was also a thread where guy received theacrine instead of phenylpiracetam from labs in China so yeah be aware.
Variety of products on +++ comparing to other EU nootropics shops.

Shipping - I had some troubles with shipping, however it was a problem with national post mails, so I'm not about to speak of it. Package was sealed and protected with 2 additional layers.
Peptide was covered with ice pack, which was a nice thing for NASA :)

Cons:

Customer Service -> Bot - By that I mean design of customer service description text box and automatic messages sent to your email, when pending question was sent to customer service.
User usually gets empty email (email with default message without order id/product/attachment filled in).
When it comes to description text box on site, it's tiny and it's painful to write any kind of raw message right there - whenever you scroll it goes up-down too fast.

Research (as a con?):

Found on reddit, ,,IQbase was formerly ReachGenius(dot)se.". ReachGenius gets a lot of positive feedback from it's previous purchases by redditors, however there was one small thing that happened back there.
Selling fake/modified P21 peptide. There is a thread about it on reddit, but I won't post it here.
I'm not sure what was a thing back then, since I wasn't into nootropics at that time, but there was a problem with supplier rather than their fault.
I really hope that they didn't and won't make same mistake again when they have got straight forward access to Janoshik (3rd party lab tests).

Summary:

Honestly, giving IQBase 5/5 despite
cons don't really give out any negative thoughts about this vendor and I think it's the best store to order from inside Europe right now that won't throw you on any customs fee's like America's/Asia does (because of European Union things etc.).

Will order again! :)

Excellent, made an order that got lost and tracking was not updating, contacted the seller who re-sent the order without much fuss. Stuff gets lost in the mail and when it does this is the way to handle it, top notch customer service. Recommended seller.

No easy tracking, sends "parcel arrived" mail before it actually arrives, the mailman didn't ring and automatically assumed I wasn't home sonit got delivered toba "pickup point" which isn't disclosed anywhere so I don't know where I have to go to pick it up. Super Bad delivery experience all around.
