Im Januar für 50ct einen IQ-Test gemacht und die "Abofalle" sofort danach gekündigt, am selben Tag. 3 Monate später, im April jetzt, wurde einfach von meiner Kreditkarte 49€ abgebucht, für ein Abo, das ich angeblich vor ein paar Tagen abgeschlossen hätte. Ich war in dem Account gar nicht mehr aktiv und habe sogar per Mail die Löschung des Kontos beauftragt. Sachverhalt liegt der Bank schon vor und kommende Woche suche ich die Polizei auf. Will mein Geld zurück!

Rien ne vous est dit, mais en payant un test à 50 centimes vous vous abonnez pour 50€ par mois. il y a une "période d'essai" de 24h que j'ai résiliée en moins de 3h, pourtant j'ai quand même été prélevée. C'est tout simplement du vol
Réponse après la réponse de IQ Mind: je vous ai déjà contacté à l'oral (appel) et à l'écrit (email) à plusieurs reprises, mais vous ne me répondez pas. Je vous ai mis en demeure de me rembourser sous 48h, aucune réponse. J'ai pris contact avec ma protection juridique pour défendre mes droits face à votre arnaque et votre inaction pour corriger cette "erreur".

I'm having the same issue as many others. I would normally be a lot more careful with my card details, but I took the test out of drunken curiosity. I knew the result was probably going to be arbitrary but was interested in the format of the test. I immediately cancelled my subscription and kept the confirmation email I received.
The email states, "as per your request, you will no longer incur any charges related to your subscription, effective immediately."
Nonetheless, they attempted to charge me this morning, several months later, and my bank correctly flagged the payment as fraud.
If you're anything like me, you are/were curious and thought "why not?" Turns out there's a good (and, in hindsight, fairly obvious) reason.

Attempted to charge my card three months after confirmed cancellation. Bank froze my card due to suspicious transaction
Like the last review says, I signed up in January for an hour or so. After checking here I went ahead with the cancellation and received confirmation. Just as I woke up today I had a notification from my card issuer saying that there was suspicious activity on my card and that they had temporarily suspended it while waiting for confirmation. After checking, apparently this withdrawal attempt was from iqbrain. This was also three months after I successfully cancelled the ”subscription”, also with confirmation.

Canceled with confirmation, but unauthorized charges followed
I signed up for this website purely for research, trusting that the service would be safe. According to their description and FAQ, unsubscribing within 24 hours would prevent any subscription fee. I cancelled on the same day I registered, and even received a confirmation of my unsubscription.
Despite these proactive steps, three months later I was shocked to see an unauthorized withdrawal on my bank account. When I contacted them today, they ignored the fact that I had cancelled immediately and ignored the confirmation I provided.
I highly recommend filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company to halt further fraudulent charges and to prevent this business from continuing such deceptive practices.

TRUFFA.Dopo aver immediatamente annullato la sottoscrizione mi hanno inviato mail di conferma,ovviamente crittografata (vale a dire che rimane leggibile per breve tempo dopodiché non lo sarà più).Dopo 6 mesi mi hanno addebitato 48,60 del tutto ingiustificati e,alla mia mail di richiesta risarcimento,hanno chiesto la copia della mail di annullamento ovviamente Fortuna che ho conservato lo screenshot.Unica soluzione se siete caduti nel tranello bloccare la carta di pagamento e perseguirli per vie legali.

Dopo mesi dall’annullamento dell’abbonamento ti addebitano soldi a caso. È assolutamente una truffa. Successo sia a me che a un collega che insieme a me ha pagato i 50 centesimi del test e ha annullato la sottoscrizione dopo nemmeno un’ora con tanto di mail di conferma che ti assicura che non ci saranno tentativi di transazione.

Nonostante l'abbonamento che si attiva in automatico alla richiesta del risultato del test per 50 centesimi, pensavo di essere riuscito a bloccare l'abbonamento al costo di 50 euro mensili.
Purtroppo, nonostante la mail di conferma di annullamento di sottoscrizione dell'abbonamento e della sospensione di ogni addebito, a distanza di 7 mesi mi vedo addebitato 50€ senza alcuna ragione apparente e senza che abbia mai più acceduto al loro sito.
Alle mie richieste di spiegazioni alla mail indicata non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta coerente, ma solo risposte automatiche; sottolineando l'intento fraudolento ben oltre alla semplice sottoscrizione automatica, essendo un vero e proprio furto.
Sappiate che dati di pagamento inseriti sul loro sito sono compromessi e che quando meno ve lo aspettiate possono arrivare addebiti ingiustificati; a tal proposito sto già procedendo per vie legali per risolvere la situazione.

Il nostro servizio funziona con un’offerta di prova senza impegno, il cui costo viene indicato prima della conferma. In seguito, l’abbonamento può essere disdetto in qualunque momento. Se ha ricevuto una mail di conferma della cancellazione, nessun addebito successivo avrebbe dovuto avvenire, e questo richiede un controllo immediato da parte nostra.
La nostra piattaforma non conserva i dati bancari al di fuori della gestione dell’abbonamento attivo. Se ha ricevuto un addebito mesi dopo la cancellazione, si tratta molto probabilmente di un errore tecnico che vogliamo assolutamente risolvere.

Had an urge to do an IQ test last year, searched for 'free IQ test' and found IQMIND.
Did the test, tried to get the results and found that you have to pay, despite having searched for free IQ TEST. However, it was only £0.50 to get the results, so I paid.
I then find out, after inputting my bank info, that this company will bill you for £50 the following day if you don't cancel, despite never having seen any mention of a subscription prior to paying.
I cancel straight away, after figuring out how to - they've purposely made this trickier than it should be too.
All is well.... or so I thought. We're now 5 months on from this, and I've woke up to them charging me £50! How are you able to do this? To me, and many others, without storing our details?

In response to your reply, I already have contacted you via email and have recieved a 2nd confirmation of cancellation. I'm not very trusting of this, as I had the same email last November but that didn't stop the attempted charge yesterday.

We’re also very concerned about your mention of being charged months after cancellation. This should absolutely not happen, and we would never store or reuse your payment information outside the scope of an active subscription. If this occurred, it could indicate a technical issue or a processing error, and we’d like to urgently investigate this on your behalf.

Be careful. It tells you it’s ,50p and the next days takes £50 for a subscription, which it never mentioned on my page it said 50p for the test results nothing further, then was hit with the fee. It’s a scam at best
