Very easy to deal with rang the day before the survey to say they would have to cancel but they rearranged it had the report the day the survey was done thank you

I would just like to thank Michael Wilkinson for his in depth report he carried out on a property we was hoping to buy.
I was expecting a few things to show up on inspection but not as many as were found by the surveyor. His knowledge was so expert in his findings he has saved us from making a disastrous house purchase which would have totalled thousands of pounds to rectify the property.
The whole process from start to finish was easy and the communication between us and IQS was responded to in good time.
I would have liked a written report as well as the detailed email report just to make it easier for myself to cross reference any details but fully aware of the need to minimise our carbon footprint.
Thank you for your services and would not hesitate to instruct IQS for any surveying work in the future.

Very easy to book and competitive rates for an L2 survey. It was booked within a couple of weeks and the report arrived in a couple of days. Excellent service.

The report came through within a week and was very detailed and well laid out for our developer to be able to attend to the required snags.

I asked IQS to carry out a Level 3 survey on a property we're purchasing in Cheshire, and the report they provided was exceptionally detailed, with clear recommendations and actions.

The survey was completed on the Monday and the report arrived by Thursday — a fantastic turnaround, and absolutely worth every penny!

My only regret is not having done this for our current home, which was our first purchase as complete novices. The £575 for a Level 3 survey is well worth it.

Really impressed by the service provided by IQS: clear communication; quick scheduling of our survey directly with our estate agents; survey provided in the timeframe agreed without needing to chase, and a through and useful survey that has informed our purchase. I hope not to have to conduct a survey again for many years, but if and when I do I will definitely opt to use IQS again.

I recently had a Level 2 survey carried out on a property and was very impressed with the level of detail and professionalism throughout the report.

The survey was extremely thorough and highlighted all key areas clearly, including structural concerns, roof condition, and potential damp issues. It gave me a much better understanding of the property and helped me make an informed decision before proceeding.

I had a level 3 survey with IQS. As a first time buyer I was a bit nervous about the process but it was so straightforward. They kept me up to date with when the survey was booked and when I was likely to receive the report. The report was very thorough, clearly explained and with some very useful recommendations.

I have now used IQS on 2 occasions and have reccomended them to others.
Very reasonably priced, efficient and thorough. This will be my choice for any further surveys in the future.
