The IQ score at IQTest.com is free.
Your free IQ score is available in your account and was also emailed to the address you entered on the registration page following the test. Please check your spam folder, as our emails are sometimes mistakenly filtered.
To have that email sent again, hover over "Contact us" in the header at IQTest.com until you see "Lost Score." Click on it and enter your email address.
The Complete Intelligence Profile was never offered at no charge, but it is not required in order to receive your free IQ.
If you wish to login to your account, you can do so by selecting "My account" from the header of any page at IQTest.com. Enter your email address and the password emailed to you along with your score. If you don't have your password, you can select "Lost your password?" and have it reset.
Once logged into your account, you can view your free results, edit your account information, or purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile or the IQTuneUps if you wish. You are under no obligation to purchase anything.

I cancelled the day before my trial…
I cancelled the day before my trial ended and everyday there are 3-5 charges for.60 or .65 for no reason. I have not been on their app. I only logged into to cancel after first day I tried it.
I noticed several others having the same issue. It seems that most of these gaming apps make the majority of their money charging you after you cancel. I've had several that I I've had to cancel three-four times before they quit charging you. Its ridiculous that there are very few companies out there making their money on a service that you actually don't want.
What a bunch of lying scumbags. For every complaint about overcharging they deny that they ever charged you at all. Multiple people from all over the U.S. are having the same delusion about IQTEST.COM? Its far more likely that they are criminals making the most of having access to your credit card.

IQ score is free, the analysis is not.
Unlike many of the complaints here, I did receive my IQ score for free in my inbox. I didn't even have to check my spam folder. I didn't get to see the analysis for free, but those people have to make a living somehow.

De test is 'gratis' om te doen, je moet alleen wel betalen om de resultaten te kunnen zien. Omdat het maar 1,90 kost denk je, ach toe maar. Ongemerkt geef je toestemming voor het betalen van 9,99 voor een 'rapport' en een nepcertificaat waar je echts niets aan hebt.
In nóg kleinere lettertjes staat dat je je automatisch opgeeft voor een abonnement op de IQbooster, een website met suffe puzzeltjes die je gratis op internet kan vinden. Het is dat ik daar over las in één van de reviews hier, anders had was me na 7 dagen 29,99 in rekening gebracht. Absolute oplichterij.

We are aware that some websites are taking unauthorized payments from users but IQTest.com is not doing that.
If you contact your credit card or your bank, you should be able to get a refund for the $9.99 charge by explaining that you did not authorize that charge. Ask for a chargeback.

They take subscription money without permission
I did IQ tests for a small amount, but they subscribed me. In the small print are the details, but of course I didn't read that. My bank alerted me and blocked the payment. I've emailed them to cancel. Can't find a phone number for them to actually speak to a person. Does anyone know the number?

Very helpful when they didn't have to be.
My previous review was incorrect, this company was not the one who took my money. A different website used a similar website address. I contacted this website trying to get my money back, and even though they didn't have to, they helped me and found the website that actually took my money. They didn't have to do that, they went ahead and helped even though I'm not a customer. They were polite even though I was angry when I initially messaged them. So, thank you for being good to me when I was having an awful day, and I'm sorry for initially being rude.
