I ordered the leather shorts in a size xs but received a large sent an email and they did respond after a couple of days and offered to send me another pair in the correct size which I thought was great until I waited 3 weeks only to receive a 3xl I reached out again it’s been 2 weeks and still no response

My order never arrived. I’ve made several attempts to contact the company with no resolve. I wish I would’ve gone to this website first and read these reviews as it appears. I am not the only one. My credit card company says I have to allow 45 days to dispute it.

Total scam. I ordered and the order never came. They just keep telling me it is coming but it has been almost 4 months. Dont order from them.

I haven't received the package of leggings. USPS says that the package has FRAUDULENT POSTAGE attached to it and wants me to pay them $10.50 to receive it. See attached photos. The shipping was supposed to be free. 

Please send me the $10.50 so I can pick up my package of leggings. Thank you.

2 weeks after ordering, no update on shipping, no items, no responses to emails. I regret not reading reviews beforehand :(

Total Scam! I wish I would have looked up the company beforehand & read the reviews. I basically had the same experience as most. I order on 2/8/26 and a month later, still no leggings. I emailed them and supposedly delivery was attempted but failed. I told them it was never attempted, I have a ring camera and my finance works from home. I wanted a refund, still wouldn't give me one. Still fighting with them because they said it was reshipped and can't cancel it now. But at no point was a new tracking number sent.

I ordered leggings it's been weeks and still haven't received anything....they didn't provide tracking ..just nothing... starting to think they are scam don't order from here

This is a complete scam. Stay away from the website. No phone number to contact. You can communicate only through an e-mail and get a respond every 5 days. They are using AI when responding to any issues you have. I've been dealing with these people for 3 months because I NEVER received my two leggings. Instead, they want me to look around my neighborhood! Lmfao! Then, they told me to contact the USPS. I contacted USPS but they delivered it to the wrong address. USPS advised to have Iraza (whatever name that is) to the contact the USPS office to make address corrections. So,I contacted these robots again, same thing, they kept apologizing. My issues with these people never got resolved! So, please Do NOT order. They are scammers and you cannot talk to a real person! Please just listen.

The leggings did arrive after 3 weeks, so I don't think that this is a complete scam, but they are the wrong size and color. When I contacted the customer service team, the responses are clearly AI or auto-reply. So I guess if you order, just be okay with getting a product that is too big and not the same color as your skin and having no way to exchange or return it.

They sent me a different design than what they are advertising and nobody answers. Do not buy also products come from china!

TOTAL SCAM! Ordered the 3 pair bundle on January 25. It’s been over a month and still no delivery. Tracking says it’s been at postal office since January 12. Tried to contact them and support email bounced back saying it isn’t a valid email. Giving them 1 star is generous but it won’t let me give 0 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would have, appears to be a total scam. I get a tracking number, but it has been at over 40 locations and they constantly send an email saying your package will be delivered soon. Still waiting. Arghhhh!!!

It's a scam, they go on and on and on questioning my disappointment. Told them got a birthday present for my daughter and she didn't like the fit in general. It was not natural and doesn't fit on her. The crop was way too big, she's a thinner side. And ask for returned...never got to resolve it. Aways question over question over question...to delay my refund. Can't even put my reviews on their site. I was to trusty with the other's review...for sure they only put the good one!!!😒

Ordered stockings 11/17/25 it is now 2/19/26. I never received my order. The shipping said it was delivered, but USPS has no record. When I emailed their customer service they gave me a number to the shipping company. I called and it was all in Chinese. I tried reporting to my credit card as fraud, Amex, by the way, and they said they showed proof the item was delivered. I explained it a fake tracking #. They told me they needed proof. So hopefully the letter from the USPS helps and this company will be flagged with Amex. I also reported to IG and they haven't took down their page but Facebook has. Anyway, yes, this company is a scam. Dont purchase anything.

5 weeks down the road,I haven't received my ordered and no response when you write them.

Horrible experience. I never got my order. Paid $65 and never got an order or tracking number. They said they are looking within the carrier for a proof of delivery and nothing has been done. Mind you, I ordered the tights in the middle of december 2025 and it is not february. do not get anything from this store!! it is a scam.

Just like the others, it took weeks to get my order and they were defective. Requested a refund, they “shipped” a new pair. I leave for vacation next week- that will be 5 weeks since I made my purchase. I had no idea they were being shipped from China. Just like someone else said, I could have ordered on Amazon and had them delivered overnight.

They have horrible customer service when it comes to ordering a different size. They don't respond to emails and there isn't a way to initiate a return.

I ordered from then in November and never recieved my packaged. When i requested support they initially responded but then stopped. I asked for a refund on my purchase because i didnt recieve it and they completely ignored me. It has been 4 months and yet the issue is not resolved.
