Rana has been consistently very professional, friendly and informative in aiding my recovery.

From start to finish the service and expertise was excellent. VM3 understood the issues experienced and got straight to work in getting me a speedy and safe recovery. Coming from someone who has always been sceptical about physio, VM3 has dispelled any scepticism. I honestly can’t thank them enough!

Vedith was very helpful in helping with my current issue and an issue which transpired out of control since my accident. Very happy with the service.

I recently completed a course of treatment at Amethyst Clinic for a shoulder and hand injury, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

From the very first session, the level of care and professionalism stood out. This was all thanks to Rana, who took the time to fully understand the nature of my injury, how it was affecting my day to day life, and what my goals were in terms of recovery. Rather than a one size fits all approach, the treatment plan felt completely tailored to me, which gave me a lot of confidence from the start.

Throughout the process, Rana explained everything clearly, from the cause of my pain to how each exercise and treatment would contribute to my recovery. I never felt rushed during appointments, and there was always a genuine focus on getting me back to full function rather than just managing symptoms.

What really stood out was his consistently positive attitude towards his work. Even when I was regrettably late to sessions, Rana remained professional and supportive, always making sure my needs were still fully met by the end of the appointment. He also took the time to give practical advice on how to continue progressing at home, with simple but effective exercises that made a real difference.

Thanks to Rana’s expertise and support, I have had a near complete recovery. I am now back to enjoying all the activities I did before the injury, especially going to the gym, without pain or limitation. That is something I was not sure would be possible at the beginning.

I had 5 sessions of physio at the Bamber Bridge clinic with username VM3. Each session went well, from the initial assesment Vedith took lots of information about my symptoms and was very gentle examining me. He provided me with sets of home exercise and plenty of advice on when not to push myself too hard but ovwr the weeks the regular gentle exercise had a really big impact on my injuries and pain levels. I would highly recommend, the clinic itself is very clean and private and has parking facilities. I was always seem promptly and on time.

Ahsen (AZ1) was great. As well as providing treatment he also provided detailed information on self-managing in between sessions.

Following my accident on Thursday, I was referred to IRCC for physiotherapy and they very swiftly booked an appointment for me for the following week. CR1 was very polite and had me booked in so quickly. I appreciate the swift response as the whiplash and clicking jaw from jaw displacement is very sore.

Fantastic service, all team members so helpful.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
