I encounter multiple situations with billing lots of times I need to know how much certain procedures and codes are being paid for and I am provided that information in extremely fast and efficient manner. Multiple times I need help with our charting system to insert new form to change or adjust the form multiple times and the staff patiently works with me to provide any corrections needed and do any new innovations we need to create. Dale has been exceptionally helpful and addressed all the issues I had

The employees working in ICRM office are very helpful and provides best services as far as insurance and Authorization are concerned they are not taking much longer to resolve the issues.

The staff from IRCM that our company Advanced Medical group have dealt with especially Nauman, Joe and Tony have gone above and beyond every other company we have had in our 25 year history. I would recommend them to anyone. They will pick up the phone day or night and are now my go to for every problem small and great in my company. Its hard to put into words what excellent reliable service they deliver at the end they take a significant burden of running a large company off my shoulders
