I'VE BEEN USING IREMIT TWICE A MONTH FOR YEARS TO SEND $$ TO MY WIFE. THEIR SYSTEM WAS 'DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE ' FOR ? LONG BEGINNING MAR 2023 TOOK MULTIPLE CALLS TO THEM TO GET IT FROM ANOTHER PARTNER.. PALAWAN NO LONGER WORKS.. NOW WITHOUT NOTIFICATION THEY HOLD THE $$ FOR 7 DAYS WHILE MY FAMILY GOES HUNGRY.. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I remit SCAMMED ME
I remit tried to scam me on fees. They change the parameters without notice. Oh dear we just lowered out maximum transfer amount to 50,000 pesos so now you sent more it is going to cost you double the fee.
How many people have they scammed on this already. Weeks to return you money if you don't go along with the scam.

I’m not sure what happened to iremit, their remittances used to be immediate. Few months back it took 1wk to receive. This month i sent money in 21 Nov, until now 4Dec its still not received! Not recommended if money sent is for business or bills payment.

First time my uncle used this to send money to me. Unfortunately it took weeks for me to receive it here. I really hope they will work on their system to make the receipt of money faster. Especially now there are so many ways of sending money. They should upgrade their system as well.

Last months remittance took 4 days and I tried to send another remittance today but I was advised that my remittance will take nearly 2 weeks processing if it’s going to be a bank to bank transfer!! Good thing I checked! What happened to you, IREMIT? I’ve been an iremit customer for 13 yrs and it seems your service is going down the drain! And you keep changing bank accounts as well! Appalling service! Shame on you iremit! Moving to Remitly, quick and easy transaction- 30 minutes and it’s there!

The worst exchange remittance that I have experienced with. The money that I have remitted through them took more than a week to be credited in the Philippines.
Bad service
Bad service. They supposed to send me the link on how to refund my money but they dis not email me. I waited the next day and I followed up. I asked when they can email me. They told me they are not sure because they she don’t know. I asked her if she can call or refer ma to her manager. She told me she can’t because they work ftom home.
Until now we are still waiting the email instructions how to refund my money.

Beware Do Not Trust iRemit
Do not use this company under any circumstances. They are a scam organization that will charge you continuing fees and will not send your funds. They blame you for delaying and they blame their system glitches, there’s always another fee that they manufacture and they promise to refund money when they make mistakes but then they expect you to pay the fee again and again. They never make good on mistakes their representatives make. I started out waiting for $2,000. They now owe me in excess of $13,000 which has been built up over seven months. They hold your money hostage and charge you fees. They are a scam !!!

I'd been sending money from Iremit blacktown since I live in Australia but lately their customer service was very poor. You have to wait for a long time to call your number , when they are so busy only 1 person in the counter, or there are time when not busy there are only few customer waiting you still have to wait for quite some time coz they are doing something in their computer or on their phone or they are gossiping of whatever so they left you hanging waiting for your number to be called.
We are not in Philippines. Just remember without your customer you have no job in IREMIT.

Im not happy with this service! Theyre not fasr service it takes your money 1 to 2 days before your receiver can get it. You cant send a money in minutes!!! I sent money to them and I was very disappointed, my daughter waited so long at one of the pick up center. The agent told her they cant release the money because the transaction cannot be found in there system. They even asked my daughter a copy of the transaction that I did to my bank. Customer service here in toronto is very poor they said that they have a 24 hr customer service and no one will pick up the phone.

Your service(s) is very bad! The recipient has been going back and forth to check if the money has been processed and all the time been told that they still checking all the details of sender because name of the recipient was new! What the heck! Hello? 2 days!! And you still checking? We send money for urgent reason, so we expect fast and reliable service.

It took a while for them to sent my money. 2 Weeks is unacceptable. Requirements are done and they keep saying it should be there soon but it took a while. The truth is they hold your money first and they only release it once they feel like it. Avoid sending money to them specially big amount of money.
