Sorry to read you are disappointed with the width of your bracelet - I ensure that there are multiple images to show the full details of the thickness of the chain, including being worn on a model to give the optimum view.
Your order confirmation sent to you on placing the order estimated 12th-14th January as was placed over the New year period & was delivered on 8th January, so fulfilled before this.

Fun and interesting workshop
Great workshop. Learned a lot and we all produced great jewellery. Loads of inspiration to help us each decide what to make, and helpful suggestions and guidance along the way. We really enjoyed it and will do it again soon.
