Disgraceful company avoid at all costs
Disgraceful company, items received nothing like the pictures. State that return is to China and I have to pay postage despite the fact that the item is nothing like the one ordered. Offer 15% Refund! I wouldn't have bought the jumper from a market stall let alone give it as a gift. huge delays in deliveries, no indication it is based in China. Why are ebay allowing it to advertise and paypal endorsing payments? I will attempt refund through PayPal. What a total scam, typical Chinese bullying and dishonesty in business. I will actively avoid any business which seems to be based in China in future (already possible to do on ebay)

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. I ordered some knitted mittens which were not cheap. I got a cheap printed pair of shapeless items (mittens would be over-stating it). Much communication and today they say 'different people have different expectations on items'. Really, I thought you were meant to get what you ordered!!. Postage was high in the first place, now they want me to pay to return them to China and only then will they consider a refund (of course they won't). I have told them they should be ashamed, but the best thing I can do is say STAY AWAY

I agree with all the reviews. The quality was as expected with the price- however it feels like a scam. You buy, find it’s too small, try to change - you have to jump through hoops and pay - so you just think............... ‘ forget it ‘ ....... and then give it to a charity shop.
They take your money and make it a nightmare to exchange. Wish I’d seen Trust pilot before ordering so feel quite annoyed with myself.

If I could select zero stars I would The clothes was nothing like the photos was all very poor quality then when I asked to return suddenly a Chinese address and I have to pay postage and import tax. If you take my advice DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I’m so disappointed 😢 I could cry!
I ordered 5 items and only the first has arrived so far. A cardigan of very poor quality which will go to the charity shop. I expect the rest will end up there too. Yes I should have known better. The prices were too good to be true. I did check for an address on their website and found a UK address however when I received the email confirmation of payment it was clear the company was Chinese which rang alarm bells. 😢

Product was a knitted top but it was actually a printed effect on cheap polyester. Very cheap looking. Looked like a sack when wearing. Will never wear it. Wish I’d read these reviews before buying.

This company is a pure scam
This company is a pure scam. The website shows woollen clothing but when they arrived they were printed patterns on polyester. Very cheap materials & totally misleading advertising.
Knowing after the fact that they came from China, I will not even bother to send them back as I won’t get a refund & I’m sure they know that too.
This company should not be allowed to operate with misleading information.

Poor quality
Ordered a jumper and didn’t realise I was ordering from China. Jumper is very poor quality, rough yarn and poorly made. Not what I was expecting. I also ordered some fingerless gloves which are also poorly made and synthetic. Do not order from this company.

I agree with others
I agree with others. The pictures are HIGHLY misleading and the quality of what is sent appauling. The return policy is to send it back - to China -at your expence and then they decide if you get a refund. Ensures you dont as probably that Costs more than the rubbish you are sending. Alternative is 15% "to get someone to change size if too big". A lesson learnt, but Dont Buy.

do not be fooled by the pictures on this website.
I ordered knitted gloves with 'embroidered flowers' and I received printed polyester.
The quality of their goods is very poor and it is very difficult to return items which you have to pay for yourself. I am still waiting for a return label!
They are based in Guangzhou China, a point not stated on the website.
Do not order anything from here as you will only be disappointed and angry at yourself, as I was.

Nearly caught out again
Foolishly I decided to order one of their sweat shirts last evening and paid by credit card. This morning it occurred to me that this was just another Chinese scam and reading the comments it is! Luckily I have managed to cancel my credit card and so I haven’t lost my money. The problem is the garments offered are very attractive!

Thanks for the heads up
I smelled a rat as their website doesn't say where the items are manufactured or sent from but mostly due to the ridiculously low prices for the clothes pictured, so checked them out here. Good job too. Just don't be lured by cheap prices and order anything from any site based in China, it's just not worth it
