Great product, great customer service!

I have one of the early models from iRocker, and recently lost a fin. Even though they no longer make the part, Brittany went above and beyond to help me find a third-party solution so that I can continue enjoying my board, which has served me well since 2018. Great product, great customer service!

Amazing Customer Service!!

My wife and I purchased two paddle boards together which have easily been our favourite purchase over the years. Our kids have loved growing up on them too!!

Unfortunately mine developed a couple of leaks along the seam. So I reached out and connected with Brittany on the iRocker team! I was worried I wouldn’t apply for a warranty for the board, but Brittany made the system work for us! Did you know you have 3 years warranty on a seam leak?? Neither did I until Brittany saved the day and got me a full replacement!!

Now I was really sad to part ways with a board full of memories, but Brittany was quick, detailed, and overall just a great human to work with. From start to finish was easy and clear. Now I’m waiting on a brand new Cruiser 7.0 to arrive shortly!!

Thanks so much to Brittany and the iRocker crew!!

Customer service is alive and well at this company!

We needed to order another cup holder for our float, one went floating away over the weekend, we unscrewed it and then a rouge wave came and she went bye bye. Couldn't get to it, dang it. Anywho, went on line to order the replacement, website is well thought out so it was easy to find and order. Poof, we had it within 3 days! Amazing! Opened the box and the screw was broke off. I emailed CS with a pic and within an hour of me sending that email, the team was on it. They apologized and then I received an email that a new one was being sent. Holy toledo that was so fast and efficient. Blown away for sure. We love all our Irocker products we have purchased. That float is the bees knees and works great! Less than 10 minutes to blow up and habe it in the water. Our Golden loves it and it doesnt get torn up at all. He lays in it, walks the side and yes. He is kinda klutzy! Always a fun time. Thank you for all you do and did. Brittany was in constant contact with us and answered emails really fast! Thank you so much for everything. Made my day.

Great customer service!

Brittany was amazing! I reached out through the Contact Us link regarding an issue and she contacted me immediately, gave me step-by-step instructions for how to remedy the issue, and was kind and easy to work with. We exchanged a few emails back and forth and were able to get the issue resolved within a matter of hours. I was very impressed with her expedient responses and her knowledge of the issue. She made the whole process smooth from start to finish!

High quality board

High quality board, electric pump is super easy to use pumps up to 15 psi in no time. Feel very stable on the Cruiser 7.0 even with 2 folks on board. All of the accessories are high quality as well, If I need another SUP I'll be coming here!

Customer support is not available! Once they get the money they don’t care. Nothing arrived when it was supposed to several different shipments and still missing pieces!

I emailed IRocker for product information, and talked to customer support representative Brittany. I asked about which paddle board would work best for me considering my situation, a senior beginner and the activities I that I was looking to do with it. She was able to give me some good guidance on what I should be looking for and helped me pick out the board that I ordered today. Can't wait to get it. Thanks Brittany !! 🤙

Great product and excellent customer service

I’ve had my first iRocker board for 4+ years and it’s still in great shape. Loved it so much I bought a second this summer! Quality is top-notch, and when a paddle was missing from my order, they shipped a replacement the same day. Excellent products, excellent customer service.

Fantastic Customer Experience

I own several iRocker paddle boards and I am extremely happy with them. The boards are stable and nimble, and easy to inflate and set up.

I recently had a problem with one, and Lou & The iROCKER Customer Experience Team were amazing. They responded quickly and made the whole process simple. They exceeded my expectations, and most importantly, got me back out on the water.

I highly recommend iROCKER for the equipment and for the customer experience.

Service was Superior

I ordered something for my husband that arrived quickly, however it was the wrong item.

I emailed the Customer Service Team and received a lightning fast response from Lou.

To my delight, the issue was handled with care and within moments of my email.

Outstanding customer service

Even though we returned items ordered, the customer service team was outstanding! Highly recommend iRocker. They do strive to make the experience seamless and guilt-free. Spoke with several reps over the course of 2 weeks. Hudson was very understanding, helpful and provided great follow-through. Thank you!

Fantastic customer support!

Fantastic customer support!! I was trying to use a discount code for healthcare workers through ExpertVoice but the code wasn’t working, and ExpertVoice had been unable to help me. I sent screenshots through the iRocker customer support form and had a reply <30 min later from Hudson. After some back and forth and troubleshooting, the code still wouldn’t work, so they provided me with my own code that provided the same discount price offered through ExpertVoice! I was very impressed with how quickly they replied and so happy that I was able to get the discount and purchase my new board in time for an upcoming trip!
