If I go around so great then we're easy to paint and detail

Very positive experience.

When there was an issue with delivery from my local post they handled it quickly and proffesionaly.

Commonucation was clear and they were proactive in resolving the situation.

In the end everything arrived safely, as planned.

The miniatures are great, true to 28mm scale as ordered.

2 orders in, and I’m genuinely impressed — the quality of the miniatures is exceptional. Everything arrived safely packed with zero damage, and the level of detail is easily the best I’ve seen so far.

Yes, the wait time is noticeable, but that’s something to be expected. These minis take time to prepare before shipping, and that process shouldn’t be rushed if you want high quality.

A lot of the negative reviews seem to focus on delays during the Christmas period, which honestly isn’t fair — shipping services are overloaded at that time of year, and delays are inevitable.

In my opinion, the company doesn’t deserve the level of criticism it’s getting. If you plan ahead and order in advance, you’ll likely be very happy with what you receive.

The minis did arrive, they are great, some resin supports remain, but they took seconds to nip off. The quality of the print is clear, and the models feel solid.

I will echo some of the comments in saying the shipping takes a little longer than the ordering process indicates. I received an email saying shipping was cancelled, which worried me, but this was more a fault with the shipping company and not IronShieldArmy.

Would be great to have gotten an email on the shipping error before I had to chase this up, but otherwise a great experience and the minis, as stated, are great.

I ordered several miniatures from Ironshield Army during their Black Friday sale.

While a few models arrived with minor issues, the way Sebastian and the team handled the situation was truly outstanding.

Communication was professional, friendly, and very supportive from the beginning.
They immediately took responsibility, offered fair solutions, and quickly arranged high-quality replacement parts.

I’ve seen that some negative reviews mention slower delivery times, but I personally understand that Ironshield Army is a small team and that high-quality printing and post-processing take time.
Ordering during Black Friday, when they had a record number of orders, it was absolutely expected that there would be a wait.
In my case about a month, and that was completely reasonable.

The miniatures themselves are highly detailed, and the level of customer care shown throughout the whole process exceeded my expectations.

I can absolutely recommend Ironshield Army to anyone looking for great models.

Its passing now few days since i contacted last time asking for delivery and products still didnt come. No reponse, no contact, no anything.
Buying 3D printer is not a business yet, you have to learn a lot about customer service.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE

Unfortunately not a good experience. Ordered 4th December, delivery said before christmas. Was told 22nd dec it would not be before Christmas, according to your email my order was posted 23rd dec via royal mail 48hr tracked. Now 1st Jan, no delivery, royal mail tracking says they do not have it and you have not replied to my email. Please send me an update as a matter of urgency.

Still have yet to receive my package (which was a Christmas gift) I ordered on nov 30th, after I contacted customer service, they told me they had an issue with one of the models I had ordered, but insured
Me my package would be shipped out shortly, this was dec 16th. I again contacted customer service four days later for them to give me the exact same excuse as before. Now it is Jan 1st and i have still not received my order, this has impacted my holidays as it was a gift to a friend.

They have been incredibly slow. I have waited 20+ days for shipping notification and have not received anything. Upon contacting their support they told me they haven’t even printed them yet. They won’t even be delivered by the time the campaign starts, requiring me to find replacements on a short notice. I will not be ordering from them again or recommending them ever again unless this gets rectified.

I placed an order for about 50€ buying 4 minis (including their bonus ones) for my first ever DnD campaign on December 14th 2025.
After 2 weeks (As of today, December 28th) the order has still only been confirmed, not shipped and not even prepared, I contacted them via e-mail and received no response, i'm starting to think it's either a scam or they lost the order somehow!
I will change my rating if there are future updates and if the order ever arrives, but they already broke their claim of '3-5 business days delivery'.
I understeand there are festivities, but from December 14th it could have been already shipped, outrageous.
UPDATE 1: Their support answered me very politely apologising for the inconvenience and as I expected the christmas season is to blame, also it seems i missed a 'realistic delivery time' written somewhere on the items description based on the orders volume, I am happy to have received a response so I updated the vote to 4 stars, it seems there was no scam, i will update again at delivery (possibly to 5 stars) if everything goes smoothly because the quality of the miniatures seem very high (maybe that means also longer print times than average).

I didn't receive the bonus miniatures.
I placed a large order worth CZK 1,740, or €72, and everything was fine. I received everything I paid for, plus the bonus miniatures, but the mystery ones were missing. The miniatures look beautiful and are good value for money, but I'm missing the mystery ones. (I will be contacting them about this matter, so my review may change.)

Edit: After sending an email to support, I received all the missing items.
