I received my item, and it is probably WORSE than shein quality and not AT ALL what I ordered.

Not only that, but good luck getting your money back from them!! Because they refuse to do it.

I’ve currently been going back and fourth for weeks, requesting the return form, because like any other normal company they don’t let you do a return directly by yourself, you need to request and form and they DO NOT SEND IT

Never spoken to a more entitled bunch of idiots, they think they have a right to your money whilst they sending off cheap poor quality rags

The fabric is suitable for summer and feels breathable, but it could be a bit softer for better comfort.

J'ai acheté la combinaison longue couleur jaune (couleur imposée pour le futur mariage de ma filleule). À l'ouverture de celle ci, rien à voir avec la photo, que se soit la couleur ou la matière. Très déçue ! Donc essayée 5min le temps de faire les photos et remballé. J'ai envoyé un mail pour demander le formulaire afin d'effectuer le renvoi et de me faire rembourser. Après de multiples mails envoyés avant les 30 jours de délais, les seuls retour que j'ai reçu c'est des mails avec des avoir (le dernier de 40%). Alors que j'ai pourtant précisé que je n'en voulais pas de leur avoir ! Résultat : coincée avec une combinaison qui va finir à la poubelle et perdu 40€ ! Ne recommande pas du tout !

I think that this website is a SCAM
Quite frightening really. How does one inform that this is a scam company? I had the same issue as some other people who also commented - I put my address, and then it appeared as incorrect, I tried to change it. No way to change it. Lots of email sent but no response. So it looks like I will never get my money back or the order!

Poor quality, I suspect not a French company and not made in France. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

Je me suis fais avoir car j'ai pas vérifié, j'ai commandé 2 pulls en cachemire pour 140€
Après un mois, j'ai reçu 2 pulls en nylon tout juste bons pour la poubelle sans marquage aucun, aucune étiquette, aucune conformité CEE certainement dangereux.

Quand on regarde les infos de l'entreprise dans la faq, on trouve :

Do NOT buy from this company. The blouse I bought took 4 weeks to reach me. It was shabby material and the arms were 2.5 inches too short. They do not accept refunds, just send more and more discounts trying to get more of your money. They do not answer your questions. I wish I had read thier reviews before buying. they don't deserve 1 star.

Bought a pair of cargo trousers that are fairly comfy and practical, though the material feels average.

Terrible customer service. The dress sent is nothing like the one advertised. Still trying to get a refund but keep offering me credit. Would never use them again and don't even deserve the 1 star given.

This company is does not ship from the Netherlands they use China. I ordered a suit which was half price, it took an age to arrive, the material is cheap and after 1 wear the stiching is coming loose. If it looks to good to be true then don't fall for this scam company.
