To exchange or go back a page to check order did not work. Assumed a uk business. Exchange or return as not fitting is £22 plus to an address in China. The article was just under £40. Poor quality neckline to waist

I bought an Alice Summer Dress from Isabelle Jolie on 24th. May 2026, it was delivered on 4/6/2026.
Unfortunately the dress was not suitable for the occasion I had bought it for. The colour was much brighter than the picture and the size did not fit.
As per returns policy I emailed customer services 4/6/2026 to request a return address to send the dress back, I received no reply and have emailed twice again with no reply. I have also sent a request via Isabelle Jolie contact us link, again with no reply.
At present I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service from Isabelle Jolie.
I wrote this review to highlight the issue for returning an item bought from Isabelle Jolie and hope I receive contact from them soon.

Terrible quality dress, different colour than the picture. Cant return as no reply to emails and only 2 weeks to return…. To China! At own cost! Put it down to experience and straight to the charity shop (if they will take it).

Oh dear - I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They have stolen £50 of my money for a dress in poor fabric and not like the picture. I thought I had done my research and the company sounded genuine. I am unable to get a refund following several emails. It is theft.

If i could score them less then I would! These people run a complete scam. The blouse I got was £39.95 and the fabric was awful viscose. I tried to return it immediately but the company will not send me the details on how ro return goods. I have sent numerous emails but no reply! As it has to be returned before 14 days this means they make sure you can"t return on time! Disgraceful! I wish these scammers could be prosecuted!

Not as advertised - took a long time to come and was very cheap fabric and not like the image. Very difficult to send back as based in china

Be careful purchasing from Isabelle Jolie hey are not based in Holland as advertised and as ststed on your transaction, they are in China
It is difficult to get email responses and you have to return your unwanted products at your own cost plus taxes etc to China!

Like many reviewers, I believed that I was ordering from a London based company, the dresses took over 2 weeks to come. They are of very poor quality fabric and very big for the supposed size. No labels to indicate size, fabric or washing advice. Took a long time to get an address for returns, which is in China. No return slip just an address. I’m not prepared to waste any money paying cost of return as I’m not confident I will get my money back. I’ve put it down to experience…. Quality is so poor I won’t put the dresses in the charity bag

Terrible there is no help with trying to do a return the dress was completely different to what I ordered it was the wrong colour it had a split and should have been long and was knee length and had no details in the delivery bag or paperwork and now no one answering my emails

Will not answer my emails i have sent 3 and no reply I need to send a dress back and get a refund I am not happy

Vile poor quality shapeless dress, not same fabric design as photo and fabric feels awful although absence of any labelling means can’t say what it is exactly. I wasted £50- wish I’d read reviews first.
Don’t you be the next person taken in by the completely misleading advertising

The dresses sent were allegedly the same size but one was significantly smaller than the other. Customer service does not respond to requests regarding returns this company is really bad. Avoid them

The website is incredibly misleading. The quality and styling of the dress is awful, completely shapeless and awful fabric. No answer to request to return. Wasted £50. Which I had seen these reviews before I bought! Beware.

I ordered a long dress that looked very appealing . I had an email stating it is dispatched almost immediately but the dress arrived about 3 wks later .
Very poor quality . It states free return within 30 days but need to be in touch with customer services . Still awaiting to hear from them .

Very expensive to return - it’s basically a scam and yes, I fell for it. Do better!

So disappointing- ordered a dress which wasn’t cheap. Took ages to arrive then quality & colour were very low quality. Only option to return (after 3 chases) is to pay for expensive tracking postage to China with no guarantee of refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Stay away from this website, it is not London based and delivery is not by Royal Mail, I can only assume the reviews are fake because the ones that are showing are saying from 1 or 3 days ago, it had the exact same reviews more than 4 weeks ago when I was purchasing my dress! Unfortunately the dress was too big and not of good quality and it was most certainly not presented in the box as shown but arrived in a plastic bag, no labels or tags on it either! I don’t believe this website is UK/London based as my dress came from China and took over 3 weeks to be delivered! I am trying to return this dress, you have to email them for them to send you a return address, you have to pay for tracked return to China, this I found out via their website, I have emailed them 5 times yet still no reply, avoid this website!
