Bought an a jumpsuit which was advertised as a ‘denim jumpsuit’, got this ugly thing in wrinkled packaging that said 92% Polyester and 8% spandex. When I tried to contact them for a return (would have been okay with a replacement) they stopped responding after a weak response of ‘well, actually, we meant it was faux denim and it would be patterned to look like a full denim jumpsuit. Sorry not sorry, it’s a you problem…but we’ll take 1 month looking into it and not respond to any further emails from you’. They will answer your initial inquiry email but as soon as you ask for a refund they go deaf and blind. No wonder they don’t have a number on their website.

I need to return my item as it doesn’t fit. The website says to email customer service to start the return process, which I did on 21st December but have received no response since then despite sending a two more follow up emails. Customer service DO NOT respond and so I’m now stuck with an item that I don’t want and cannot seem to return. Will never order from this shop again.

I must formally disagree with your assessment. The dress received is materially different from how it was advertised, including differences in quality, fit, and overall appearance compared to the images and description provided at the point of sale.

Please note that under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the following applies:
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
Sale or discounted items are NOT exempt from these legal requirements.
A “final sale” or internal refund policy does not override statutory consumer rights
As the item is not as described, I am legally entitled to a full refund, regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale.

I do not accept the 30% partial refund, as accepting this would incorrectly imply that the matter is resolved.

As previously stated, a chargeback has already been initiated with my card issuer for misrepresentation. All correspondence, images, and this refusal will be submitted as evidence.

Should you wish to resolve this matter without further escalation, you may still process a 100% refund. Otherwise, I will allow the chargeback and formal complaints to proceed.

The dresses were very nice the quality was very good. The only problem was that the courier didn’t had our phone number so he couldn’t find us, although we have given the number to the company..

Scam company.
Used pictures from other websites including “babyboo”.
Material is cheap. Doesn’t give exact delivery dates and implies it comes from London when it comes from China.
I’m not sure how this website is still running after so much fraudulent advertising.

The dress itself was actually really pretty and looked fab on, no lie. I wore it to a wedding and got a few compliments.
But ngl the shipping took way longer than I expected and tracking updates were kind of confusing.
Customer support replied but felt a bit slow. So yeah, not a scam or anything, just not 5 stars either.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company deliberately misleads customers into thinking they are a London-based boutique. That is a complete lie. They are nothing more than a dropshipping website sending cheap products directly from China. There is no London store.
When I tried to cancel my order, they outright lied to me, insisting the package had already been shipped. That was false. The tracking information clearly showed no shipment, and then—two full days after I asked to cancel—I received an email from them confirming that the package had just been shipped. This proves beyond doubt that they had been lying to me the entire time.
Their tactics are deceptive, dishonest, and designed to trap customers. Do not trust them. This is a scam operation, and I strongly warn everyone to stay away.

First, this is false. Both the tracking history and the dispatch email YOU sent show the parcel was shipped two days after I requested cancellation. Yet you repeatedly claimed it had already been shipped. That was untrue, and I have the timestamps to prove it.
Second, the item was not as described: I ordered pink; I received red.
Lastly, I asked for the address of your so-called “boutique in the heart of London,” which your website claims has been open since 2016, so I could return the order in person. You ignored every request, because the boutique does not exist; items are shipped from China. This is deliberately misleading to customers

I ordered a dress and I’m happy with it. The quality is good and it looks like the pictures. Communication about the order was clear, but the delivery took longer than expected. Overall, a positive experience, so I think 4 stars is fair.

I ordered two pieces from Isadora London after seeing them on Instagram. The shipping was surprisingly fast and the packaging had a personal touch I really appreciated. The items were just as described well-made and stylish without being overhyped.

What I liked most is that the brand feels authentic, not like a generic dropshipper. It’s clear someone put thought into the design and curation. Overall, a very solid experience and I’d be happy to order again.

I ordered a three-piece tweed suit from Isadora London; wide-leg trousers, a belted jacket and a corset top – and I was genuinely surprised (in the best way!) when it arrived. It looked exactly like the pictures, which is so rare these days, and the quality blew me away.

It’s absolutely stunning. I’ve worn it for everything, down to Google HQ, from daytime training sessions to drinks in the evening, and it always feels right. So flattering, so versatile, and it fits beautifully. I’ve had endless compliments every time I wear it, and people always ask where it’s from.

What I love most is how easy it is to wear. I’ve styled it through late summer, autumn, winter, and even into spring – it’s become one of my absolute go-tos. I’ve worn and worn and worn it, and it still looks brand new.

The Isadora team have also been so lovely and helpful throughout, can’t fault them at all. Just a brilliant experience all round. I’ll definitely be back to buy it in the pink too!

Absolutely shocking quality & shocking customer service. The items do not look anything like the pictures on line. Ordered a lemon dress for a wedding & all the elastic gave way and dropped down exposing my underwear. Customer service not remotely interested & offered 10 percent refund for an item made in china & only fit for the bin.

Scam. Awful clothing (£40 pound dress probably worth £1). Wrong color, size, doesn't fit. Took weeks to arrive. Company is in China not the UK and does not give a refund at all. I have been chasing weeks and they offer up to 20% back at most.........in the end i accepted and they still haven't been paid that. Money Gone! They are now ignoring my e-mails.

Temu and SHEIN are much better quality/customer care/reliable website. This is a total scam!!! I ordered a few items in March,my order was delayed so I contacted customer care to cancel my order before it was dispatched as I was leaving to go on holiday. I was than told that this wasn’t possible. After a few weeks I received my order and when back from holiday,I contacted customer service to return items as it all arrived late and no longer needed. I was than told because the items I ordered were on sale I wasn’t entitled to any returns(keep in mind the whole website is constantly on sale therefore according to them none is entitled to return). After I explained that my return was due to their delayed shipment they agreed for me to return my items at my own delivery cost and custom duties (which would have been more than £50). As I refused to pay the above amount bacause at the moment of the perchuse it was nowhere mentioned that I had to return the items to China at my own cost despite it was their error shipping it late, they offered a 30% refund which it’s been since March that I’ve been waiting for. Now they have stopped replying to my emails and of course not paid anything.

I ordered from Isadora London and was genuinely impressed. The dress looked exactly like the pictures, flattering fit, soft fabric, and beautifully made.

Shipping did take a little longer than expected, but I was kept updated throughout the process, which made a big difference. It felt reliable, not rushed.

Honestly, I’m surprised by some of the bad reviews here… but then again, not every woman handles waiting with grace. 😉
I’m happy I ordered, and I’d do it again.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do NOT buy from this company! Sadly I bought two cardigans from them, both items listed as "easy 14 day return" which does NOT happen as the costumer service claims that the items are on sale as such they cannot refund. Terrible quality cardigans, the videos you see on instagram do look nice however it does not match the quality of the actual clothes they are selling. The fabric is too thick, nothing like what it seems on the videos. Trust the terrible reviews. I wish I did.

My wife recently ordered from Isadora London and was genuinely delighted. The item arrived fast, looked beautiful, and exceeded her expectations. She’s already thinking about a second order.
