The call center representatives are extremely rude and not helpful at all. When you call them, they act very rude specifically the turkish speaker representatives. I talked to 3 female representatives when I call them, all turkish, to explain them that someone used my card without my permission and to cancel the card, they acted all very rude and they didn’t listen to what I was telling them. I called again after and talked to a man in English and he was better, at least he listened and tried to guide. One of my worst experiences with banking was with this bank. I do not recommend to open any accounts with this bank.

I have created an account with the expectation that I will receive a debit card, that is not how it works at this bank, you do not receive a debit card until you have applied for it yourself, I live abroad and have 2 different addresses, 1 in Turkey and one in Europe, when I try to order a debit card I can only send it to my address in Europe, which is very strange

The staff are not ready to help their customers especially when they cannot express themselves in the language the customer speaks, mostly English. The kucuk kaymakli branch is worse. The lady on gise 3 is worst🤦🏼‍♂️

Definitely by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After waiting a week for my money transfers to go over, I became suspicious and decided to call the customer service to keep track of where my money had gone as it was a large sum (I was looking for rent at the time). They have this terrible feature where you have to get a mobile approval code or type in a series of digits from the phone number you registered on file with the app, and every time I typed in the code, I got hung up on. I even called customer service to ask what the problem was, and they simply just said 'Yeah, I don't know, go through the process again'. They used to have a phone camera customer service feature, but for whatever reason they took it down, making my life significantly more complicated. Their mobile app is by far the worst, and I highly suggest you don't transfer large sums of money from their accounts to an international one as there's significant delays that you cannot keep track of. Horrible bank, horrible customer service, 0/10.

İş Bank closed my online banking without any reason and there is no solution as I am abroad and cannot visit their closest branch. I requested to make a trasfer of my savings to another bank but customer support is useless in this case. I am supper desparate and disappointed as I trusted iş bank with my money.

I understand I am in Turkey however with a bank so large to tell me there is not a single person that has a child’s level of English to help me is a joke. I will be removing all my accounts from you and advise anyone who has accounts with them to do the same.

When the atm in Alanya kept my card for no reason, they just told me to get a new card from my homebank. What a service, imagine if I only brought one card, my holiday would be ruined.

Due to our security policy, stuck cards in our ATMs which belongs to other Banks are being dismantled by us. Please contact with your Bank for cancellation of your card.
