Dear Aicha,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry for the delay you are experiencing.

Your order is currently held up due to customs procedures in your country. Unfortunately, this process is completely managed by the local authorities, and as customer support we do not have the ability to influence or speed up these internal procedures. However, please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and keeping track of every update on your shipment.

Our customer service team is available 24/7, and we are always here to provide you with the latest information regarding your delivery. Please feel free to contact us at any time — we are happy to help.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Kind regards,
Islamic Wall Art Store Customer Support

Dear Samira,

Dear Ayan,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We fully understand how disappointing it must have been to receive an item that did not meet your expectations.

We would like to clarify that our support team reached out to you via email and requested photos so we could provide a solution. We received your images and replied with options to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, we have not received a response from you since then.

Our priority is always customer satisfaction, and we are still more than happy to replace the item or offer an alternative solution that suits you best. Please feel free to reply to our last email or contact us again so we can resolve this promptly.

We truly value your support and hope to make this right for you soon.
