Detalhes da empresa
Escrito pela empresa
As an Islamic Wall Art manufacturer, we are struggling to provide our customers the European High Standards. Our manufacturing includes laser cut metal, laser cut wood and acrylic wall decors. Our qualified design and research enabled us to present the first high quality electro-coated shiny gold, silver and copper metal wall arts. These artworks are one of a kind pieces that deliver high quality and long-life to living places for affordable prices. Please do not confuse these shiny metal artworks with stainless steel decors which are extremely prone to scratches and shows scratches once they are there. We have gained the ability to design and produce different Islamic expressions with the help of our young and agile design team. Our ability to quickly respond to customization requests made us a beloved seller for our customers.

Beautiful Product. Excellent Service.
I purchased the 'Dua for Entering and Leaving Home Islamic Key Holder' for a friend who previously did me a great kindness and service. He was overjoyed with it. It is a delightful, functional wall hanger. Beautifully presented and a constant reminder of the need for personal prayer. It is suitable for any property and person. The service I received from the Islamic Wall Art Store was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them and the Islamic Key Holder.

Fast delivery but overall product quality low.
Fast delivery but product quality didn’t match the price. Came in two pieces and small fasteners were included but no instructions on how to attach and where? Also the two pieces don’t match leaving a small gap in between. Wanted to support and loved the way it looked online but was overall disappointed with the product’s look and quality in person. Feel duped 😕

Resposta da Islamic Wall Art Store (IWA Concept)
Salam Abdullah,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Fuad, and I am the head of customer support. I sincerely apologize for the experience you have encountered regarding your order.
We take customer security very seriously, and our team of 4-5 online customer service representatives is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our customers and preventing any potential fraud.
In your case, our security checks indicated some discrepancies with your order. Our team attempted to reach you via the phone number you provided through WhatsApp to verify your order, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Following this, we reached out via email requesting a copy of your ID to confirm your identity. However, since we did not receive the requested identification, we had to cancel your order.
The reason for our caution was due to the billing and shipping addresses being from different states, which raised concerns that your credit card may have been used for an order placed by someone else.
Despite this situation, I would like to assist you in placing your order again. I will personally oversee the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and if you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to resolving this matter for you.
Best regards.
Thank you
Thank you . Service is good. The only problem is I need to change the name . It is not Ghouse . It was sent to ghouse as a gift but now everything addresses to Ghouse but my billing address . How do I change this ? Some mistake happened .
