Do not order from this place absolutely disgusting. Rice undercooked ramen has no flavour and my salmon was brown and tough and had the nastiest taste

I’ve ordered for the 1st time here and the food took over two hours to arrive.
Also the ramen was cold and the sushi looks cheap like the one you get at any supermarket.
Very disappointing, I regret wasting my money on this order.

Really enjoyed my visit to ISO Bolton. Great food, lovely seating area, and friendly service. Everything was fresh and well presented. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

I ordered on JustEat at 16:43 with a delivery window up to 17:30.
At 17:15 the app said the order was on route.
I had ordered a katsu curry with extra chicken, a prawn and avocado hand roll and salmon nigiri.
At 17:32 I checked and it said it should have been with me by 17:20.

The order finally arrived at 17:58.
Delivery driver hung the bag up in an outstretched hand as he was beginning to walk away. He didn’t say a word. I was astonished.

The katsu was cold.
If that was extra chicken, I’d hate to see what regular looks like, and the cooks had poured the sauce over the rice so it had soaked in leaving the chicken dry on top. Why not package it separately like other restaurants 🤦🏼‍♀️
The rice was mushy and clearly there to fill the bowl to make the portion look bigger than it is.
It was actually terrible.
Flavour lacked, in part because there was no sauce - just sauce soaked mush that used to be rice(if that makes sense)

The nigiri was warm. Given that it was salmon, I’m worried how long it had been out of the fridge for it to be that temperature.

Hand roll was tasty, albeit if I’d known the prawn was deep fried I’d have chosen a different protein.
Definitely not worth £5.05 though.

All in all, I won’t be ordering from
ISO Cheadle again.

Our order was due between 7:15–7:30pm. At 7:30 I rang and was told it would be 15 minutes. At 8:10, when it still hadn’t arrived, I rang again and was told another 10 minutes. It eventually arrived at 8:34pm, over an hour late.

What I’m most annoyed about is that I feel we were misled about the delivery time so that we wouldn’t cancel the order. If they’d told us at 7:30 that we were actually going to be waiting another hour, we absolutely would have cancelled and ordered somewhere else.

Instead, twice we were told it was only a few minutes away, so we kept waiting.

I completely understand that restaurants get busy and deliveries can run late. Just be honest about it. Don’t keep telling customers their food will be there in 10–15 minutes when it isn’t. We should have been given the correct information and allowed to decide whether we still wanted the order.

Really disappointing and has put us off ordering from here again.

Just been to the Wigan store as was recommended it by a friend, I drove25 minutes to get there but I would drive an hour get this food again . Katsu chicken curry rice , bbq chicken bao buns , salt and pepper chips and don’t get me started on the desserts Unbelievable food and great friendly service, see you soon guys

The food is possibly the worse food I have . Restaurant smell dust . Food has no flavour. Beef was coated in sugar in the name of teriyaki sauce .

ISO in Sherwood, Nottingham, food quality is good, service is hopeless! From language problems when trying to order, to delivery issues, stated 45 minutes for a wagyu burger and 2 starters, took 90 minutes to arrive and when it did arrive was obviously stone cold, tried cold, then microwaved, both hopeless, nearly £30 to chuck in the bin, we won’t be using again, and would recommend only using during the week as they are hopeless at the weekend!

I've ordered from the Stoke branch 4 times. Everytime there is an issue, however the last time was the worst. I ordered a poke bowl, to takeaway. The lady serving used the same gloves she was using to prepare food, to touch all the screen and the card machine, leaving visablr grease on it all. I could hear a microwave going but didn't think much of it. I walked back to my car, drove home and went to eat it, about an hour after purchase and it was so hot still, the salmon was half cooked/ half raw. The poke bowl was supposed to be cold/ chilled. I couldn't eat anything. What's more disappointing (because mistakes happen) is I've tried to contact the store and company to explain the issue, on their website, email and social media but they've just ignored me.
Avoid with all costs if you value not getting food poisoning and poor customer service.

Don’t bother, menu looked appealing and good value but when it takes 2.5hrs to receive your food, trust me it isn’t worth the wait.

Ordered via just eat. Food never got delivered whilst on app says delivered. Called the restaurant and representative was extremely rude on phone. Not even a word of apology and said they have other customers to attend to also. When challenged on his behaviour, his response was 'I'll cancel your order and you can ask justeat for refund'. Pathetic service.

First impressions the layout was nice not really welcoming. We ordered food and drinks which was pretty easy, drinks came out less one, food then came out still missing one of our drinks so asked the waiter and was told they didn’t have that drink available! So ordered something else but later found out they charged us for the drink they didn’t have in stock and I never had! Food wise I had chicken teriyaki which was ok but chicken was a little hard, I also had the tuna and salmon sushi box it was pretty bad and not nice at all, others ordered sushi and two orders came on one plate which was confusing as we had no idea what or who’s was what. Overall disappointing experience and would not really recommend.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR LUNCHTIME BUT EXCELLENT FOOD AND NICELY PRESENTATED URGENTLY NEED A NEW BUDGET MENU FOR LUNCH

Ordered sushi for takeaway and was really impressed. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and it arrived quickly too. What really stuck with me though was the handwritten note that came with it wishing me a good week , such a thoughtful touch that you don’t see often. It made the whole experience feel a bit more personal and special. Little things like that go a long way. Will definitely be ordering again!

Me and my daughter always love the food from iso it’s our favourite place to order from every time! My daughter absolutely loves the sushi and loaded fries , I love the katsu chicken curry with rice. Always delivered hot too and the lady in the shop sent us a really nice note which was lovely. Thank you iso for always great food and lovely service 🥳

The sushi is always fresh, delicious and reasonably priced.
I've ordered multiple times and would be happy to do it again.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and deliberated long and hard about which takeaway, ordered sushi from Stourbridge and there was a HAIR in it. I rang them straight away.
Iso sushi refused to replace the meal and refused to refund the meal.
Disgusting.
Unacceptable.

There are a number of things you look for in a meal; quality, taste, promptness, efficiency and good service. Iso Sushi Walsall provided all these and more - from a callback to ask if we would like our order delivered earlier to the polite and timely delivery of our meal. The food was very tasty, plentiful and hot. Very good value and we will be using Iso Sushi again, although it may take some time to try everything on the menu. Highly recommended.
