Real review
They sale the same leads to multiple investors. I have the screenshot admitting to it. I called one of their leads that hadn't had that phone number for 3 years. When I asked them about the bad leads, they said what I paid was for the lower quality leads. Right. Got it! What a HUGE waste of my money and time.

I’ve been using iSpeedToLead for several years and they’ve been great to work with. IspeedToLead using Olympic scoring is a 10/10, some people complain about their services but I think it’s a reflection of their need to develop their sales skills. I have been wholesaling for 5 years and starting using IspeedtoLead in 2023. IspeedtoLead has reduced our marketing time and increased our number of closes per month. We generally close 2 deals per month from ISpeed. I purchase leads via the coupon club. I generally purchase 10 to 12 leads per week. Small investment when considering our average close if valued at $12,000.

Regarding the refund, when an annual Coupon Club membership is purchased through a financing partner like Affirm. Because the annual plan is a prepaid commitment made in exchange for a significantly reduced rate, our policy allows cancellations and refunds within a 60-day window from purchase. Outside of that window, we are contractually and financially unable to issue a refund back to Affirm, as those funds have already been allocated. We recognize the "cancel anytime" language caused confusion — it refers to stopping future renewals, and we are actively working to make that distinction clearer on our site.
What we have offered, and still stand behind, is working on leveraging your package, so you can put those resources toward leads at your own pace. We want to make sure you get real value from what you've paid for.

What was great is Ispeed i believe really wants you to succeed! With 7 years Real Estate Wholesale experience its a Win Win situation!
They are not Frugal when it comes to real unqualified leads bought. They appoint a manager to check in on you if you buy a package. Anna made sure to get our feedback and she was able to pinpoint what was needed to adjust their vendors / teams.
You need to pull the leads be proactive and Talk to People and Make offers! These guys make it so much faster to speak to qualified leads rather than Cold Calling alone. Oh and talk about “Cost Efficiency” $29 Coupon Club leads…? Not sure where else to find that!
I recommend them to the fullest!

Worst lead source ever
Worst lead source ever. They sell leads that are not motivated, I couldn’t even reach out to almost 60% percent of the leads I bought. Most of the leads I called were about to list their house on the market, because they’re not motivated to sell to you. And when I ask for refund for leads to my balance they keep asking for more proof even when I provided it. What kind of proof do they need more. They are SCAM. The worst. Spend your money on something else. ISPEEDTOLEAD IS A SCAM. They take your money and provide trash leads. And they ask for a lot of proof when you try to get refund. They’re trash and they are popular because RJ Bates promotes them. RJ bates is scamming too by helping them. Avoid them.

I’d like to clarify a few points around our refund process and the support follow-ups you mentioned. We do not require supporting materials to submit a request. When our team asks follow-up questions, it’s typically because the ticket references additional details that were not included (for example, when a request mentions having more information, but only one screenshot is attached, where one sms is seen), or we need to verify the extensive follow on no answer cases as we provide 21-day refund window, and want to make sure it is used to the maximum by all our clients. In those cases, we follow up to make sure we have enough context to help accurately — and, importantly, to ensure you can use the full 21-day refund window to request refunds for any eligible leads.
To be completely clear: your refund requests were not rejected in the tickets you submitted, and three of the refunds were refunded. In fact, in a recent ticket, our team also offered to reopen prior cases on your behalf and review them directly, as well as review any newer leads you believe are invalid, so we can help get everything evaluated properly. Additionally, you inquired about the subscription refund, which we gladly reviewed and approved according to our Subscription Refund Policy.
Where we were not able to proceed is the request for a full refund of already-used funds, which we cannot provide under our Terms of Use. That said, we absolutely still want to help: we’re happy to review any additional leads (past or recent), walk through the refund eligibility with you, and make sure nothing that qualifies is missed.
If you’re open to it, please reply to your latest support ticket, and we’ll prioritize a full review with you.

We immediately checked our system and, at this time, we couldn’t locate an iSpeedToLead account under the name shown on your review. It’s possible the account is under a different name or email. If you can reply here (or update your review) with the email address used for your iSpeedToLead account, plus any additional details (approx. purchase date, the type of leads purchased, etc.), we will be happy to reach out directly and do everything we can to resolve this.
Regarding the leads you mentioned:
If the leads you purchased were Cold Call leads: it can be normal for contacts to say they “didn’t fill out a form,” because Cold Call leads are not form submissions.
If the leads were PPC leads: those should be associated with a form submission/lead request. If they did not fill out a form, are not selling, or don’t match what was promised, we stand by our refund policy and those cases can absolutely be refunded once we review the order details.
Regarding the balance “disappearing” after two days: based on our Terms of Use, that should not be possible for a paid account balance. A paid balance can only be affected after six months of inactivity (no login), and the only balance that can expire within 60 days is bonus balance. If you have been logging into iSpeedToLead, your paid balance should not burn. And even in cases where anything expires, we’re happy to restore it as a goodwill gesture when we can verify the account and situation.
Please share the email on the account (and any order details), and we’ll investigate end-to-end and make this right.

I’ve been using ISpeedToLead for a year and a half, and it has consistently delivered strong results. We diligently follow up with every lead until we receive a hard “no,” and on average we’re able to secure one contract per week from the leads we purchase.
The support team has been excellent—quick to issue refunds for leads with bad numbers, inaccurate information, or properties that are already listed. The platform is also continuously improving, with regular upgrades that create a smoother, more effective user experience.
After comparing it with other lead companies and cold-calling strategies, ISpeedToLead stands out as by far the most efficient and reliable way to connect with motivated sellers.
