The first time I used the service I was somewhat confused with their offering, however that to me was not a big issue. Their service is timely, effective and affordable. So nothing to complain about issuewire.

Issuewire is easy and simple to use...you decide the coverage and the spread. I have found them to be efficient and deliver the services that I require. I use them for my new album press releases and found them very competitively priced. I would recommend them as a media distribution outlet who are trustworthy and efficient.

nbhash.com is a scam and issuewire.com are promoting them. I invested my money based on the article and now it's all gone.

Site is very easy to use (compared to PRLog), but the distribution is to too many dead sites with not much interaction/DA. Other distributions reached more real humans who responded to the release, for not much more investment.

Deceptive Experience with IssueWire – Misleading Promises, No Value Delivered
I purchased the Tier 2 Pro package that advertised 300+ placements and Google-indexed links. In reality, I received fewer than 250 placements — all on low-quality, spam-ridden sites with zero traffic or authority. Even after more than a month, not a single link is indexed by Google, rendering the entire service useless for SEO or visibility.
When I contacted customer support for a refund, they flatly refused and eventually stopped responding. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to honor their own guarantees speaks volumes.
IssueWire overpromises and underdelivers. Their flashy marketing claims hide a service that provides no measurable results and no genuine support.

They spoke with my P.R. Team, and posted the release fast. Also, they go above and beyond by posting to more than what you request, and in a timely manner.

I have bought many press release with them, but the main problem is after sometime in 30 days most of the premium press release get deleted and you will also start loosing your backlinks

Would have given them 5 stars only they don’t deliver what’s promised. Paid 60 bucks for tier 2 which promised news outlets such as FOX etc but when you go through the list of outlets your release gets sent to none of them are sites anyone has ever heard of. How do you expect to get any notice or attention on websites that nobody has heard of before? When asked about this I was told to “hold on” and that they would “send me the statistics after the promotion ended” lol what statistics? The only statistics are going to be from my own self googling my own name to see if I’ve made it onto google yet. Don’t waste your money. If it seems too good to be true it likely is. Another issue I’ve had with them is after I paid and it said “paid” on issuewire and my bank statements they sent an email telling me to pay again because their was an issue with my payment when I provided proof I had already paid they replied back with “ignore that message it was a technical error” lol very weird and iffy site just spend the amount as an investment into your career and go through legitimate PR services such as attorneys. Many are pay as you go or pay after results only don’t trust issuewire.

I have been with IssueWire for a few years, and their service is awesome. I'm the renowned author Vanessa M. The promised service and distribution are not what has been delivered. The press release does NOT show up in Google News and or any of the other major news outlets. In fact, sometime after they said they published the press release, I typed into Google and Bing search engines and NOTHING showed up.

They have a page about "statistics" but that is so obscure and all it shows in what browser type the press released supposedly was viewed from. However, the important statistics of where the published press release was sent and viewed is completely lacking.

Very bad. They promised to you that they will publish article on us based website only. But they put my content at spammy websites. I waste my money.
