Pre-sales advice was excellent. Being new to the timing device, I needed essential information. I also needed advice on which device to purchase for the specific needs of the job. Pricing was competitive and dispatch was same day. DPD let me down but that was no reflection on the seller. Thank you.

Great experience
Really impressed - ordered a thermal imaging camera at a price that couldn't be beaten anywhere else. Received a polite phone call a little later to apologise for the free accompanying case being out of stock.
They shipped the camera with the promise of the case to follow, and sure enough the case has arrived with no further chasing from me.
Very pleased and will definitely use again.

3 stars for now as they are out of stock. I will increase that once its delivered. They were however excellent on the phone when I called for an update. 5 stars now. All good. Price and customer experience. Will definitely use again.

Christmas ruined
Ordered a week ago. Typical smoke and mirrors game of ohh your item has ‘just gone out of stock’ and ‘we are waiting for the supplier’ it will we with you mid / end of next week. Called up today still out of stock won’t be until the new year. Great that’s my Christmas ruined.
