Thank you for providing feedback on your recent order as above we are extremely sorry that you haven’t yet received your goods and we would agree that a week is too long for something that we should have in stock.
However, the replenishment stock we were awaiting at the time you placed your order has not yet arrived with us, a situation we were not aware of until you highlighted this morning.
We have spoken with the supplier who advises us that stock will be with us on Monday 30th, we will of course turn yours around to you immediately.

Placed order after phone call although item not in stock and was given a delivery date of about three to four weeks, and was pleasantly surprised to receive item earlier than expected well packaged and in perfect condition.

Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery, only thing i am a little disappointed by is i paid extra for calibration certificate which qas give to me as an option at checkout, when the item arrived it already came with a manufacturers calibration certificate so i have spent extra money that i didnt need too i think this should have been made clearer or maybe not given as an option at checkout. Other than that great service.

We do try and make the available calibration options clear with a breakdown of the differences between them. A traceable calibration certificate is offered where applicable alongside a manufacturers supplied certificate as may companies want to see that certificate accredited to their company specifically.
