The gentleman who was meeting me provided a great and pleasant service. He was very helpful and accommodated my requests. I'm not in a very good physical shape, so he helped me every step and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend him and your service in general. I would use it again. Great service! I booked them for my mom and asked them to keep me updated about her, and they did. I also asked them to connect her to the free airport WiFi, and they were able to help with that as well.

We’re very sorry to read your review and that you felt let down – this is not the experience we want for any of our guests.
Regarding your booking, our team informed you by e-mail that your Turkish Airlines flight was not cancelled. You requested to reschedule the service, however this request was made within 24 hours of the service time. According to our Terms & Conditions – which all guests accept at the time of booking – changes and rescheduling are unfortunately not possible in the last 24 hours.
It is also important to mention that the Meet & Greet service at Istanbul Airport did not take place at all, as the booking was not used. Therefore, your comment does not reflect an actual on-site service experience, but rather a disagreement with the change/cancellation rules that apply equally to all customers.
If you would like us to review the details of your booking once again, please contact our customer care team with your reservation number via the contact details on our website – we will gladly check everything step by step.

I got Arrival assistance on 17 Sep, all was good. Assistant and buggy staff were helpful. Just buggy car should be used at more areas, it is not allowed at all parts of the airport.
