On our recent trip to Pula I persuaded my hubby to join me for a cooking class at the Amfitearar Hotel where we were staying. The classes are run by Chef Zembo, a famous and well respected chef in Croatia.
We didn't have time to visit the market ourselves so they sourced the products for our fish/seafood class.
We learned knife skills, preparation, cooking with exacting temperature control and had excellent overall time.
We also enjoyed the fruits of our labour along with well chosen wines.

We were staying at the Amfiteatar Hotel in Pula and joined a cooking class there. From visiting the local market and returning to the kitchen to cook with Deniz Zembo, it was a most satisfying experience.
We had a Fish cooking lesson but there are other options, Truffle,Meat, Vegetarian/Vegan available.
Sadly we didn't have enough time but they also organise a Truffle hunt for you.
