As a candidate
As a candidate, I had a genuinely positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Having been on the job market for quite some time and experienced different recruitment approaches, I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.
What stood out most was the recruiter’s genuine engagement, professionalism, and personal involvement throughout the process. Communication was attentive and proactive, and I felt that there was a real person on the other side who genuinely cared about both the process and the candidate experience.
This level of engagement makes a real difference and sets a high standard for recruitment. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I had the pleasure of cooperating with Vladyslav on one of the startup opportunities.
Although the outcome was unsuccessful, Vladyslav demonstrated dedication and full support at every stage of the recruiting process, providing all the insights and information he could.
