I ordered a pair of bow&arrow country boots and paid for them on 14th August 2022 it is now 8th November 2022 not received goods sent numerous emails phoned no response requested refund today why are this company allowed to get away with this appalling service I think trading standards need to get involved looking at reviews 😡

So my original review was removed …why?
Ordered a pallet of shavings back in January 22, weeks later ..still waiting
Tried numerous times to resolve this …no joy…fobbed of time after time with excuse after excuse,
Had to fight to get a refund!
Avoid at all costs!!!

Unfortunately I saw a good deal and didn’t look into the reviews! I ordered a rug and paid delivery and it still hasn’t arrive and I don’t have any tracking info just says ‘order placed’. I have emailed 3 times and had no response. I also showed my friend the rug and what a ‘good price’ it was and she ordered two- I now feel awful for my friend and so annoyed to have lost my money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Money thieves never actually sent item (fly/sweet itch rug) told they would re deliver, then requested a refund and was assured I would receive it in so many days. Still no refund. Very disappointed and will be making people aware not to shop from them as I’ve heard numerous issues since.

Absolute scam! Ordered something in December last year! The stupid old hag who tries to win you over with her petty and stupid excuses "oh, I've been working hard on your file and weve been using a different sender", and "oh, I'm the only one in the office, but ill give you a free gift". Always calling last minute before close; Filling people with utter bull****. She's one the main perpetrators with false addresses and a fake main office building stealing money from honorable customers... Calls you back once In a blue moon after thinking of another excuse believing you are stupid and gullible. I don't know her real name but she can keel over and I'd happily take a **** on her grave. This company scams people under the noses of trading standards and somehow gets away with it for all this time. Absolutely gobsmacks me.

Absolutely shocking! Placed an order 10 months ago and still no sign of it. I call them at least weekly and all I get is excuses and promises that never happen. Definitely don’t buy from them!

Ordered a rug that never turned up, ignored all my correspondence, have now done a money claim and they are still ignoring that. Will never use them again and never recommend.

Ordered tack locker in January got told so many different excuses were it was waste of time emailing them they don't answer so I use to call everyday and leave a message after 7 months of waiting managed to get a refund so if anyone is trying to get a refund call everyday 2 or 3 times select option 2 and leave a messages I left my messaged directly to a lady called kay who works there ,promised a free gift of choice never received that either a probably never will

SCAMMERS! Placed an order over 5 weeks ago and received nothing! Have sent x2 emails - no response. I have also called them, the phone number goes to answerphone - no response from messages left!
My next stop is CAB and then Trading Standards. They need shutting down before they steal anyone elses hard earned money.

The people who run it are not to be trusted at all. They all owe, thousands and thousands All across England and Ireland

I placed an order 9 weeks ago it didn’t arrive and I asked for a refund 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund neither terrible service can’t even get a phone call back from anyone! Definitely is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered a ride in fly mask at the end of June. I followed up with an email 2 weeks later, no response. I FB messaged 2 weeks later, still no response. I posted on their FB page last night & have emailed & FB messaged again today for an update or my money back. So let's see what happens now!

Zero stars would be my review. Ordered items in March. No items received, told bare face lies on phone (no response to emails or messages) that they would be on next day delivery since early May. Resigned myself end Jun they were never going to arrive. Requested refund and again lied to that the refund was being processed that day. 3 weeks later have contacted bank as I think this whole place is a scam / fraudulent company. Wished I’d seen the rest of these reviews. A total disgrace to the retail sector.

I wouldn’t even give this shop 1 star. Ordered in February and product did not appear. Kept asking and calling to find out where delivery was . Only when I put a bad review on facebook did I get a call as they blame covid and Brexit to not answer emails or phone calls. Eventually got a refund and was told I had some sort of gift to make up for poor service coming …guess what? Nothing arrived. Do not buy from this site EVER

Absolute shambles of a company I ordered 4 items from them and I got was it’s the delivery guys fault then it will be there tomorrow and there was never a tomorrow had the same lady call me back each time filling my head with a load of rubbish so I finally asked for a refund I will wait to see if I get this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS RUBBISH TOTAL SCAM

Shame you have to leave 1 star as they deserve none. So, like lots of other people I've had the same experience. Ordered an item for £27 in May and despite numerous calls chasing, the item never arrived. The nice lady that people refer to is apparently called Helen. I asked her to refund the £ on 16/6 to which she agreed. I've sent numerous emails/contact form and spoken to her on the phone on Monday, with reassurances of it being processed. I can see now it's pointless as a complete scam set up. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Ordered £130 of stirrups from this company ….. on 12th March …..nothing has arrived…. Spoke to very polite lady on the phone who reassured me another item has been posted and my wife will have her item blah blah blah

If you ring you get an answerphone message and can’t speak to anyone (they sometimes ring back a few days later) lots of excuses …. Sickness or blaming the delivery company ….. ignores emails and Facebook messages when I get fed up chasing on these avenues

I was to get a refund on one of the items and have been promised a refund on four separate occasions but surprise surprise this never happens - lots of excuses about tried to refund to my card several times but no success … then they have a new payments system …. Then I gave my bank details …..still no refunds

Luckily my credit card company allowed me to open a case up to 120 days after an issue which I have done because I have not chance of getting my goods or a refund from this lot …. I can only feel that they are playing for time when giving excuses so you cannot claim the money back

I have no doubt these reviews are all accurate as my experience has been the same as listed here

Well hopefully my credit card company claim the money back for me - times are tough enough as it is without paying for things you are never going to get

NOT WORTH THE ONE STAR!
I wish that i had read the reviews before placing my order on May 1st 2022. I waited patiently for my goods to arrive as one of the items was for a gift. Ordered in plenty of time for the occasion i telephoned, no answer, so i left a message in the box. I received a return call and the lady on the phone, very reassuring that my goods would be delivered. i was then assured that a courier had been to my house with my order, well that never happened, no notification from the courier company of an attempted delivery and i had been in all day. After numerous other calls when no delivery i was assured that the 'gift' item would be posted out separately. A phone call on the friday night told me it had been posted 40 mins prior to my call with the Royal Mail. It never arrived!
Another message another phone call, had a return phonecall telling me that they were doing the best that they can, although now the fly rug that i ordered was unavailable and that a replacement (of better quality than the one ordered, they were sending one that wasnt even on the website yet and would of cost me a lot more), well that never turned up either. The lady on the phone told me of problems with the couriers etc By the 1st of June i felt like i had waited long enough no sign of any of my items so again i tried to contact the company email, phone messages, written messages i eventually get a call back. The lady now told me that my fly rug was unavailable, so my response was ill the order cancel. The lady told me that my refund would be back within 10-14 days.
Amazes me how the money had been taken out of my account almost straight away but takes up to two weeks to be out back in. Well if it isnt i will be reporting the issue to my bank and then trading standards.
I have since heard that a friend of mine has also placed an order and received nothing.....
Would I order from this company again i DEFINATLEY would not and would not recommend them to anyone either.

I also would give no stars if the option was available, I ordered a bra in February It never arrived although was fobbed off with excuses, I asked for a refund and was told on several occasions I would get my money back. Now middle of June and I'm still waiting........... CAB is my next move
