I ordered this nearly two weeks ago. Despite quick delivery being advertised, it still hasn’t arrived. The customer service has been quite unresponsive and slow and Ive had to chase them on multiple platforms go get a response. I’m disappointed with the poor level of customer service I’ve received for quite an expensive product.

Ho acquistato tre jeans, uno scopro appena arriva che sia un pantalone in velluto e non un jeans nonostante sul sito ci sia scritto JEANS come per gli altri due. Chiedo il cambio con un altro jeans e mi viene risposto che devo pagare il reso… su un ordine tra l’altro consistente visto che si tratta di circa 240 euro. Delusissima. Penso che non continuerò ad acquistare.

Voglio valutare positivamente questo negozio. Ho effettuato vari acquisti e mi son trovata sempre benissimo. Inoltre son veloci anche nel risolvere problemi poiché avevo effettuato un’acquisto disponibile sul sito ma che in realtà in store terminato e subito mi hanno risolto il problema. Personalmente li trovo precisi e rapidi nelle risposte quando chiedete qualcosa. CONSIGLIO!!! (Spedizione super rapide)

Spedizione velocissima, ma i costi altissimi! Inoltri per fare un cambio taglia mi chiedono altri 10 euro. Su un capo che ne costa 100 pagare 20 euro tra ordine e cambio mi sembra assurdo! Mi dispiace, ma avete perso un acquirente.

We have been using one of their high chairs since 2022. We loved the quality and sturdiness, easily collapsing option. So we went to purchase another one in 2024 for our second born.

Jeg købte den grønne højstol, som desværre ikke var på lager. God og imødekommende kundeservice som kompenserede for ventetiden.
Så lækker og let stol der kan tages med til venner fordi den ikke vejer noget. Meget let at rengøre.
Elsker at det er genbrugsplast.
Helt sikker en vinder, så glad for mit køb.

We've been using the KAOS Klapp chair for over a month now and are very pleased with it. It's the version with the recycled plastic and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material. It looks great and is super easy to clean.
We've got several of the accessories to fit our kids' different ages. We use the safety rail and tray all the time.
We haven't found much use for the harness except to prevent our two year-old from escaping out of the chair if we use it at a table without the safety rail. Otherwise the best asset of the chair (in addition to its sleek, stunning design) is how little space it takes when folded. So convenient! It would be even better if there was a way to attach the rail and tray to the chair when it's folded but overall we're super happy with the chair and accessories and haven't had any issue with shipping to the UK.

This high chair is absolutely phenomenal.

We originally purchased the Tripp Trapp as our high chair (it was close between the two), however couldn’t get this one out of our minds.

We got this one due to a summer of staycations and road trips and it has quickly become our default at home too. It’s lightweight, folds in seconds meaning it’s perfect for an impromptu lunch in the garden or for feeding your little one quickly when arriving at an Airbnb after a long journey. It’s also really easy to clean with no little nooks.

If you’re deciding between the Kaos or the Tripp Trapp, go for this one - it has all the features you’ll like with the Tripp Trapp and SO much more.

I have shopped with KAOS a few times & have always been really impressed with the communication & delivery. Most recently we received the recycled plastic Klapp chair & were over the moon with it. We chose it for our 4 year old who’s obviously outgrown standard high chairs, but still needs a boost at the table. We’ve had our 7 year old try it too & it’s still a great height for him! Just wish we’d have had one from birth

Naast het prachtige design is de stoel ook erg gemakkelijk in gebruik. In een seconde transformeert hij naar een stoel om aan te schuiven aan tafel. Daarbij kan je de kinderstoel (van gerecycled materiaal) heerlijk mee naar buiten nemen om met het mooie weer aan de eettafel te gaan zitten. Stiekem gebruiken wij (en vooral de jongens) de stoel ook als keukentrapje 😉

Multifunctioneel dus! Mocht je op pad gaan dan kan hij ingeklapt zo de auto in, want het neemt ook niet veel ruimte in beslag. Zo kunnen de kids overal veilig zitten op hun eigen stoel!

Det er simpelthen den smukkeste højstol jeg nogensinde har set, og så er den mega praktisk! Nem at have med på farten og kan vokse med barnet. 5/5 stjerner herfra 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The design is lovely. Color is great. Easy to clean. Great to use trough my kids live.

The high chair itself is great but the harness it comes with is terrible and borderline unsafe in my opinion. It is so not practical and then having my child in the high chair without it is not practical and so makes the high chair unsafe as a result. Personally I’d wait until a baby is 18 months to use this.

Exchange a mattress we bought which was way too firm for us. Choose another delivery same day. First class customer service from Richard and his team when it was totally our mistake and didn’t need to do anything. Would definitely recommend 😊

Oh gosh just reading the reviews now and the same thing has happened to me! Ordered the chair on the 23 March- got it 2 weeks later but without the accessories and I’m still waiting so can’t use the chair! The chair seems nice however useless right now. I have emailed several times. Hopefully we will get the whole chair eventually however for the amount paid (£384) I would have expected to get this in 3 days as it states on the website. So disappointed as it seemed like a good buy at the time :(

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE UK. I have been waiting since last July. Customer service so unhelpful. Say they didn’t receive my return and won’t refund my money. I sent the item TRACKED

I purchased a suit 7 months ago- I ordered it to an air bnb I was staying and after 10 days I emailed to say cancel my order. They emailed back straight away saying sorry they couldn’t as it had been shipped already- I then receive an email 3 hours later saying my order has been shipped- so they obviously had just lost my order. I left the house and had to get the package forwarded to my address so that was annoying in itself. Then I didn’t like the products and sent them back. They got stuck in customs and finally have 6 months of back and forward emails customs apparently sent it back to me. My tracking says this happened over a month ago- still no package and the brand won’t refund me until they receive the package. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Do NOT purchase from this brand. I still haven’t received a refund and still don’t have the clothes I “purchased”

If you expect your child to be tall and/or chubby, this is not the chair for you. The straps for the newborn seat it so short that we couldn’t fasten it after our son turned 4 months. We then swapped to the baby seat with a tray, but now before he has turned 6 months, we already struggle getting him in and out of the seat without having the feeling that we are breaking his legs. KAOS say that they use European standard sizes, but I guess many Scandinavian children are taller than the average European child.

The product is so so so disappointing, especially now that it is so pricy.
