Please someone help me. I bought Billie a couple of months ago and it was perfect. But I can’t seem to use it after I charge it. I emailed the company and they sent me a new one but the same thing happened: it shows that it’s charging (i.e the red flashing light is on) but after two hours when I unplug it, the buzzing is quite soft and I can’t feel any vibration. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I like this product a lot but I don’t know what to do. I’ve charged it multiple times (even left it charging all night), I’ve held the charger for two hours making sure it’s fully inserted… I don’t know if it’s me or the charging cable, or the products itself. Other then that, such a good product.. when it works.

Normal has completely revamped my self pleasure life. They have thought out every aspect of each sex toy. I also love their no nonsense approach to sex and masturbation in general. I highly recommend Normal.

I have been most impressed with the service. The "Billie" that I bought had issues right after its initial operation. The staff were very quick to respond to my email outlining the issues and asking how I could get it replaced or whatever. The staff have been excellent in following up with this and sent out a replacement quite swiftly. However, the second one just wouldn't work at all after its initial operation, so I am continuing to be in touch with the staff who have been assisting how to remedy the situation. It has been a bit frustrating that both devices both had issues, but TI am very grateful for understanding and helpful staff with whom to deal. Thank you

Just love the way the Normal folks communicate, and the vibe they have achieved within the website. They have taken the time to create a very
“non-generic” experience (if that makes sense). They are obviously starting small (in terms of the shop), but the well curated offerings are a sensible beginning, not overwhelming. I haven’t yet looked deeper into the other services they have on offer, but this as well looks to be very helpful to those that perhaps are looking to explore things and need support to feel comfortable in their journey. These folks don’t look to have dumbed down anything in their approach to their clients, which IMO says an awful lot.

I was really impressed with the website and the quick service. I like the discreet bag that is provided for Piper too. She seems to be good quality!
