Amazing card

It’s really an amazing experience using iventure card hongkong hoping you’ll back the iventure card hongkong again so that many people who wants to go to hongkong can use it I really recommend iventure card

Does not work without Internet and requires very advanced booking (desert experience needed to be booked more than 1 month in advance)

To get a reply from you customers need to phone (and I could not use it during my last holidays). There is no card, so app and online booking is required to access attractions, so if smartphone does not work there is no way to use the card. Some places did not accept it even though advertised by you.
After several emails you finally replied saying you always answered to my requests, but this is not true as I contacted Google to check and there was no issue from my side, it was simply you that did not reply. I wasted money as I could only use the card for few experiences which cost was much lower than the card.

We understand that having to rely on internet access and advanced booking for some experiences may be inconvenient. We are constantly working with our attraction partners to improve access to their facilities and reduce the need for advanced booking. However, some attractions may require prior booking due to limited availability due to popularity or reduced staff.

Regarding the issue with our customer support, we do offer live agents or assistance via email so we were surprised to hear you experienced difficulties reaching us.

The iVenture Card is a digital product as with most passes, and customers can access their pass through our app. We understand that this may not be suitable for all customers but this is the direction we are moving to along with the rest of the industry as it offers ease and we find most people travelling abroad use their phone or tablet.

We would like to assure you that we do not advertise any attractions that do not accept our card. However, there may be instances when an attraction may change its terms and conditions without notifying us, and for this we apologize. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

We always recommend that our customers take the time to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase, as they contain important information about the pass inclusions and booking procedures. We understand that some of the attractions may require advance booking especially since Covid-19 and for those attractions that are very popular, we do our best to provide up-to-date information about this on our website.
Regarding the attractions that were deleted, please note that sometimes attractions may be removed from the pass due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons outside of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Need to be more user friendly

Fantastic idea, but a very frustrating to use.

The information they provide on getting to an attraction could be much better. They could, for example, include metro/rail stations That are close to an attraction.

It would be hugely helpful to be able to map the attractions by location, so when you’re at one place, you can see all the attractions that are near by.

Annoyingly for me, when I used my card, about 5 of the listed attractions were not operational.

Ski Dubai was a disappointment

Ski Dubai was a disappointment. Was so basic it was not worth it in the end. Everything fun yherr was extra charge. It would have been xheaper to book directly.

good option for people with limited time an on the move

Honestly the packages are great, if one is mindful of time, however, if transport can be included of iventure card users on dedicated iventure modes of transport
( on the lines of Big Bus Tours for example) your ventue can expect more footfall!

I'm a great fan and always embark with iventure and so have all the people I've recommended iventure.

It truely a saviour

It truely a saviour, i used it in singapore and also used in dubai trip and its very cheap compare to individual tickets per attraction . we have taken unlimited bundle for 5 days .
before booking please do plan your trip and how many attraction you can cover in one day .
some attraction need prior booking hence you need to book in advance the time slot e.g burj khalifa .

Few main List of attractions were no…

Few main List of attractions were no longer part of the program. Disappointed that the it dosnt appear while purchasing and it can only be found after activation of the iventure attractions pass.
