Sono, anzi siamo giunti in questa clinica dopo ben tre anni di tentativi falliti a Firenze dove in ultimo mi sono sentita come un numero. Approdati all'IVI a gennaio 2022 ho riscontrato subito un'ambiente familiare e che ci ha trasmesso tanta tranquillità. Tutto lo staff della Dott.ssa Galliano ci ha sempre accolti con grande professionalità unita a una grande gentilezza e cortesia. E nonostante il mio caso non fosse facile, la Dottoressa non ha mai desistito e con Lei il Dott Gebbia e la Dott.ssa Selntigia e noi di conseguenza non ci siamo arresi e affrontato tutto con sorriso e speranza. Ad oggi quella speranza si è trasformata in una certezza e quel sogno ha iniziato a prendere forma. Grazie di cuore per quanto la Dott.ssa Galliano con il suo staff ha fatto.

Frustrating Experience - Lack of Communication and Accountability

I recently had an experience with IVI Barcelona, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The lack of communication and accountability throughout my treatment was incredibly frustrating.

One of the main issues I encountered was the clinic's inability to answer my questions. Whenever I reached out for clarification or sought guidance, it seemed like my inquiries were being passed from one person to another without any resolution. This lack of response left me feeling ignored and unheard, which is not the level of care I expected from a reputable clinic.

Furthermore, the clinic's practice of shifting responsibility from one staff member to another was disheartening. Instead of taking ownership of the issues at hand, I found myself caught in a cycle of being redirected to different individuals who were unable to provide satisfactory answers or solutions. This lack of accountability only added to my frustration and contributed to a feeling of being neglected as a patient.

Effective communication and a sense of responsibility are essential in the medical field, especially when dealing with delicate and personal matters such as fertility treatment. Unfortunately, my experience with IVI Barcelona fell short in these areas.

I hope that the clinic can address these concerns and improve their communication processes, ensuring that patients receive the support and answers they need throughout their treatment journey.

Overall, I would caution others to carefully consider their options and thoroughly research the clinic's communication practices before making a decision.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I will be very short but a formal complain will follow.

I have experienced a first ivf cycle in July and the admin team was awuful!! Hidden costs everywhere, a different quote every time we progressed.. we ended up spending more money than we planned!

Now we are on a second cycle PTGA + and AGAIN from 12k we have now discovered it’s 14,899!!!!!

We don’t grow money on trees!!
I have already started process and they left me no choice but ask for a loan!

Please please avoid this clinic if you want to have a decent and transparent process!!

I want to express my gratitude to all the amazing team at IVI LONDON clinic. After waited for a long time for the NHS referral... my the best decision ever was to go to Ivi London . Tomasz Lukaszewski is an amazing person, very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. I trusted and followed his instructions since the beginning and I felt secure and hopeful. Now I'm 6 weeks pregnant ❤️ Thank you so much to all IVI London team ,you are the best ! Highly recommended IVI LONDON !

Avoid this clinic - securing your future fertility is one of the most important decisions and it is really important to reduce stress as this in itself can affect your fertility. My experience with the clinic has been so disappointing - I saw a different doctor each time I went, with no communication between them and thank goodness I was switched on to ask them relevant questions. There was nothing personalised about my treatment plan, there was no advice about anything (e.g.vitamins/ checking if I was on folic acid etc prior), my prescription would change without discussion and resulted in me overpaying for an over-order of the prescription that was also incomplete causing added stress. As they don't do scans over the weekend, the treatment plan is more to fit their availability rather than to achieve the best result for an individual, which affects your number of eggs collected.
Worst of all, the admin team are completely useless leading to added stress. Settling invoices is difficult - they send a single invoice (with no payment link), no reminder or contact from them between appointments, then suddenly increase the price stating prices have changed.
For the importance of this treatment, I would suggest using an alternative clinic that makes you feel important, personalises your experience/ treatment plan and minimises the stress to get optimum results.

Complete waste of time and money! Which is frustrating and a crying shame as you come to them because you are short of time!

Doctors are great but the nurses and admin team are useless. The Dr’s will issue you a next step but no one follows up to take fees and make appointments. The phone is never answered and the only people who reply to emails are the dr’s. If you have queries about the steps taken, you have to wait weeks before you get a reply or in some instances they send you links that blind you with science rather than talking you through the steps.

If you asked to raise a formal complaint, no one will ever came back to you. As such I am now raising this with trading standards and the governing body.

Like other negative google reviews, I’m sure they will write a lengthy reply as reviews are viewed publicly, yet in private they are nowhere to be seen! Rather than a lengthy reply, put more effort into keeping in touch with your clients, manage continuity, queries and communication in a ‘timely’ manner, and respond to complaints to put matters right.

IVI clearly care a lot about advertising and their public image, it’s a shame they don’t spend more money and attention on their administration teams, internal process and complaints and communication.

I don't recommend IVI for women older than 40. You will hear so often that you are too old. And they are all convinced that is not going to work (so the self-fulfilling prophecy will become true). On top of this emotional burden, they don't make a good personalized treatment. It's proven that embryos of older women have more difficulties to arrive to the blastocyst stage, so other clinics do the transfers for older women at the day 3, which gives more probability to become pregnant that no transfer at all (because no embryo arrives to the blastocyst stage). Denmark is quite developed in this area.
