We have two daughters and we were moving to London from abroad. We made this decision in late June 2026 and by July we were in London exploring schools through the guidance of the education consultant that Ivy introduced to us.

The consultant guided us all the way, every day and almost every hour.

Before starting the journey, Ivy sent both my daughters an online assessment exam to gauge their level and this proved very useful when dealing with a number of schools as they more or less accepted Ivy's results rather than asking our daughters to sit assessment tests (although some schools did ask our daughters to sit their own specific tests).

The advantage of having a consultant is that they know the "language" of academia and act as a facilitator. As an example it's like having a solicitor / lawyer representing you, and academic institutions also treat the approach more seriously when you have a consultant acting for you.

My daughter got a disappointing grade in her History A-level at Easter and, with comparatively little time until her exams, we asked for help from Ivy Education. We were consistently impressed with the calibre of tuition she received and my daughter actively enjoyed her sessions and really liked her tutor.
