The quality of clothing is terrible, and it is impossible to return without spending £30 sending the item back to Asia. They initially offered me 100% gift card, but the products are so poor I would never wish to have anything from them, then they offered me 30% refund, then they offered me 50% refund, which I reluctantly accepted, then they came back having changed their minds as the ongoing communication had then taken it over 30 days (my initial request for a refund was made well within the 30 days but they request photos before you can even get details on how to return the item) and now they are offering 80% gift card and think that is a generous offer.
I am taking this up with Trading Standards as I have since read so many reviews saying so many people have experienced this same problem.
If others are reading this and would like to support escalating my complaint about this company, my business is Paisley Properties (you can find contact details online) and I would be very open to hearing your experience in the hope we can compile enough evidence to stop this happening to so many innocent buyers, whom like me, think they are buying from a UK company.

Still fighting for my full refund after returning sub standard and extremely poor quality clothes to the value of £130 !! This has been ongoing since October and I stupidly assumed they were uk based but no they are in China and returns are at your expense to China. My parcel stuck in customs as they refuse to pay any taxes . Royal
Mail told me not to falsify the value of my goods , ivy luna asked me to say the value was less than £5!!! Nw as they won’t pay taxes my parcel still sat at customs. Royal Mail can’t do anything , paid them £33 . Ivy Luna won’t do anything so out of the £130 order I got £50 back but I had to pay £33 postage to return, 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shoddy company selling shoddy goods
I ordered 3 dresses from this company. They took weeks to arrive and are poor quality and a different colour to the online picture. I have now sent 4 emails to try to get a refund. I have had to send photographs of the 3 items and have been told I have to send them back to China. I have waited for them to respond with a full refund within the 30 days time period but they have only offered delaying tactics. This is a terrible company, AVOID at all costs. They are a scam company selling shoddy items.

Please avoid this company at all costs. Items arrived after a lengthy period and were the wrong sizes and material really cheap. I wanted to rerun and was told I had to photograph the items. After a lot of discussion with customer service was offered a 30% refund as they informed it would be £30+ to return. I agreed very begrudgingly to accept 50% in form of a voucher as they do not do cash refunds. The voucher arrived and didn’t even work this conversation went on for weeks and finally they sent another code. But due to the pricing of the products I couldn’t use the full voucher amount. In the end I losing around £60. Absolutely disgusting.
£100 to return damp clothes that looked nothing like website photos
I’d have given no stars if I could.
I ordered 6 dresses. They arrived smelling damp, 3 weeks late and were not at all like the quality shown on website photos.
The skirts were nowhere near as full, the shirt dresses had a white inside backing you could see if you wore buttons undone, which looked awful. The website photo showed them to be the same as the outside.
Returning was an expensive ordeal. Their policy says it will cost you around that £20 to return items to China. I asked if they would waive this as the dresses were faulty and not wearable. Sent photos. They refused and - over 6 emails - tried to persuade me to take a gift card rather than a refund (presumably for more smelly and low quality goods).
And it didn’t cost me £20 to return. It cost me £100.
I got an email advert last night showing “Ivy and Luna” - the mother daughter team behind the brand. Lovely blond ladies who don’t look like they would ever wear smelly clothes or clothes that look rubbish. I responded to the email explaining all the above again. And got back a reply thanking me for telling them and saying they’d look at their returns policy. No mention of getting my money back. So I’m still £100 down.
Just awful. Avoid!

Returns very misleading. Says items can be returned with full refund - just pay postage. Ok . But then get to the bottom abd it says ‘items must be shipped to Asia!! Costing up to £30.00!

Do not buy anything from this seller the clothing is very poor.Received a faulty item would not give me a full refund which you are entitled to buy law in the first 30 days.Kept offering me different alternatives like 25% back keep item.50% back keep item.100% gift card which if you do not claim in the first 30 days you get nothing.Told if I want a full refund to send item back to China which costs 20 pounds half price of dress..In the end this matter is going through with my bank as this is the only way I can try and get a full refund.

I ordered a dress for my wife. It too over a month to arrive. The quality of the dress was way below what was expected for the price point. The picture advertised and the dress were not the same material or quality.
I asked for refund and after now 2 rounds of the same questioons and statement chat I still dont have my money back.
They state 30% refund. Which is not the same as the 30 day money back guarantee thry offer on the site. Do not waste your time and money like I have.

I ordered Christmas presents from this company in early December. They hadn’t arrived by the expected date and I spent ages emailing trying to get a straight answer. They didn’t arrive in time for Christmas but two weeks over the due date meaning I had to buy replacement gifts. When they arrived they were really poor quality, nothing like the adverts. They then wanted me to pay £30 in return costs to China even though they had caused all the issues with delivery and despite numerous emails are still refusing to cover return costs.

The fabric was so awful, it wouldn't have needed a flame to catch fire, it would have done it itself. I asked to return, they initially offered me 30% discount then after a lot of haggling 50%. But I'd spent over £100 and I wouldn't have cleaned the bathroom with them. I wanted a refund. Eventually they sent me a return document, I returned the items and they denied that the parcel had arrived. I used Parcel Hero to return the package to China, which was not cheap. They were also worse than useless and couldn't provide me with proof of delivery. NEVER AGAIN with either company!!!!!
Misleading Images and Poor Quality Chinese Company
I bought two items based on the beautiful photos on the website, but what arrived looked nothing like the pictures. The clothes were extremely cheap-looking, poorly made, and very low quality.
When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told I could either return the items at my own expense (around £30) or accept only a 50% refund. Paying £30 to return items that were misrepresented didn’t feel reasonable, so I reluctantly accepted the partial refund.
Overall, this felt very misleading and left me feeling scammed out of my hard-earned money. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I ordered a dress but the one that arrived was nothing like the one ordered. I had not realised that this company are based in China and when I looked at the return details they stated that to process a refund would cost between £20-30. I. An only think this cost is quoted to determine anyone from trying to get a refund! I emailed them and attached the photo of the dress I had ordered and the one they sent and stated I wanted a full refund as the error was theirs because they sent the wrong item and I should not be penalised due to their mistake. The item I received was awful cheap fabric and a terrible style. They offered me a credit voucher to spend on their website, which I refused. I would never risk getting anything from them or order from them again. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded the money and were taking it up with Ivy Luna. This was done because the wrong item was obviously sent and that is a legitimate reason for the credit card company to refund me. I decided to try to return the cheap dress and was given an address somewhere in a remote part of China. This cost me £9.00 to return and I sent it on October 10th and according to DPD it has still to arrive over three months later. I doubt anyone has ever managed to get a refund from these scammers. I wish I hadn’t bothered to send it back!

Do not purchase anything from this company. It's all cheap rubbish from China and when you try to return it it's at your expense which will be much more than you paid. Reported them to Trading Standard.

1 item was a dress which was nothing like the size they stated.
The second was a 2 piece set which was nothing short of rags.
I tried to get a refund but it was like pulling teeth. They offered a 30% voucher and told me not to refund the items. They then offered a 50% voucher. I refused this as can’t imagine I would buy from this company again due to the poor quality and inaccurate sizing.
Eventually after several communications they sent me a returns label. Shipping is to China and it cost me £30 for recorded delivery. I can see they have received it back but after 2 further communications I still have not been refunded.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Legal proceedings now taken against them for continuing to bypass and ignore the consumer rights act. The most fraudulent company iv ever dealt with. Falsely advertised items and then send the worst quality items iv ever seen and then refuse to refund you.
Please DO NOT accept anything but a full refund from this sham company. They will try and claim you have to return items to china at your cost to try and ensure you accept a tiny discount to keep the item. Ignore this it’s all lies. They operate in the UK and therefore the consumer rights act applies. It’s not difficult to learn your rights and this applies to EVERY COMPANY that sells items in the UK
Once I win the case il post on here again and if you are struggling to get money back il leave my contact details and tell you how to get a full refund. The quicker we shut down this disgraceful business the better.
I have also filed a case with trading standards for false advertisement of garments so will be interesting to see how far I get with
