The linen looks beautiful and the 'Stone' color is perfect for our living room. Just a heads-up, they do wrinkle easily and need regular steaming to keep looking sharp.

The color is rich and they block light wonderfully. But the velvet fabric does seem to attract dust, so it needs a weekly vacuum to look its best.

The quality seems good, but I was a little let down by the color. It was more yellow-toned than the neutral beige I expected from the pictures - just not what I envisioned.

The fabric and finish are quite nice, but I'm a bit disappointed with the length. I followed the guide carefully, but they came out a little shorter than I was hoping for.

We love the look of these cotton curtains in our breakfast nook, but they do seem to hold onto cooking smells. The upside is that the 'Oatmeal' color is great for hiding small stains.

The quality of the curtains is good, but the two gray panels I ordered don't quite match in color - in certain light, the difference is noticeable.

These curtains look nice enough, but I was hoping for better light blocking - they don't darken the room as much as I thought they would.

Curtains were great but missing the rings, the bag was ripped with a hole in it.. maybe why the rings were missing? Overall nice curtains.

The quality of the curtains material and the stitching is equivalent to high class window designer for the fraction of the price. We designed all 6 rooms with IXA Curtains for our newly built modern lake house. Love it!! ....true customer not paid review...

The curtains are lovely, but unfortunately, they ended up being a bit shorter than I was hoping for. I carefully measured before ordering, but they still don't quite reach the floor like I imagined.

These curtains are good quality overall, but after washing, they got some wrinkles that didn't completely iron out. It was a bit annoying, but they still hang okay and look fine once they're up.

The included hardware made installation a breeze. The curtains are just beautiful.

I got these cartoon curtains for my kid's room, and they're a hit! The fabric is so soft and doesn't irritate sensitive skin - and the design is very cute!

The color turned out to be a bit cooler than I thought it would be but after adding some lighting, the overall effect is still lovely. It worked out well of my space, though I would suggest being mindful of the cool undertones.

The curtains are good quality, but the color wasn't quite what I excepted based on the website. It's a little more muted.

I was very specific about a size AFTER pleating and they refused to remake them, taking no responsibility of what was communicated to their representative (prior to making). $180 wasted. I went and bought the same style on Amazon for half the price.

I ordered french pleated curtains from IXA. They were exactly the right width and length and were easy to hang. The fabric was lovely, Aura Heavyweight. The creases came out immediately. They let a faint light come through but are dark enough to block the harsh morning sun here in Southern California. The curtains arrived on time, customer service was polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

I purchased velvet pleated curtains from IXA that ended up too short because they are pleated. The website asks for the dimensions before pleats, so I assumed they had a formula to determine finished width using a standard pleat spacing. If you use their "Measurement Finder" tool (when it works, as it froze on me numerous times), it assumes a spacing of 1 inch and doubles the width, which exceeded their maximum width. They sent me curtains the width of my space, which is too short with any pleat spacing. When I played around with different pleat spacing, I discovered that they sent only enough hooks for a 5-inch spacing, and I liked a 4-inch spacing better, so had to buy more hooks. So the problem is that the website does not ask what pleat spacing you want and calculate what the extra width of fabric would be. If you are a curtain company, you know that adding pleats adds to the final width, so why would they send me a curtain the width of which was the same as my space before pleats?!
I tried to email them several times to return the curtains and got no reply, even though the website says they will respond within 24 hours. They replied to this review by saying that they tried several times to contact me, even though I never recieved any emails from them except the one at the beginning that said that they received my order (they had no trouble contacting me then). While the fabric and sewing was well done, this company (which has no address on their website, but I found out from my bank statement that the company is in Hong Kong!) refuses to deal with customers after the sell. Bottom line, I'm out $311 because they aren't going to do anything about it. Their reply made that clear.
