Service was very quick but toothbrush completely different colour compared to the picture, stock image was too brightly lit to be accurate. Item was chosen for a specific styling shoot and wasn't able to be used.

Resposta da Iyouall
Hey Susan, hope you are well and enjoyed your weekend?
We are so sorry our imagery on our website was not a good reflection of what the colour of the toothbrush was like in real life, we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we have now amended this image on our website, so thanks for this.
We will issue you a full refund for the toothbrush.
Enjoy your day

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent; the store offered an item from their own stock as order would take longer. Queries about hanging were followed up with emails.
Still awaiting delivery in November, so cannot completely reference but so far, service excellent!
