Withdrawals are processed during the following hours: Monday to Sunday: 8am – 10pm Any request made after 10pm will be processed the following business day. Saturday and Sunday: Until 10pm Any request made after 10pm on Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once your Cashout request is submitted, it enters the queue for processing.
- Withdrawals via Cardless methods or Vouchers may take 2-48 hours.
